Location and old style lift

Perfect location, especially if you're arriving from the airport by shuttle bus—the hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and the metro station is also just 5 minutes away. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful little extras, such as slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hangers, and two bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. The room was very clean and serviced every day. I also have to mention the beds—they were incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully! We paid extra for breakfast, which was decent and covered the basics. There was a selection of both savory and sweet options, as well as fruit. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was perfectly fine. One suggestion would be to add a few more types of bread, some fresh vegetables or salad, and a wider selection of ham and cheese. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and were especially happy with the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the room.

This was our second time staying here. We had a much quieter room this time. The sound proofing was much better. The location was still amazing.

The room wasn't as clean as before with other people's hair found on one of our pillows. As well as that, we were on the sixth floor and the water pressure, especially hot water, wasn't nearly as good.
