The stay was excellent. The room was great and the custom breakfast was superb.

Excellent included breakfast with an omelette station and hot buffet, nice and clean pool and work out facilities. Staff was all very friendly, and the suite was spacious.

Best free breakfast at a hotel in a very long time! Made to order omelets along with all sorts of pre made options. Chef was the best- friendly & excellent!

I know this is a nit picky thing, but really the only thing I found lacking was room service. I had gotten ill on the trip and wanted to order room service. There was no menu in the room, and after I called down to place an order, I had to go down and pick it up from their restaurant. Again, not something that I would usually gripe about, but when you get sick during a trip you kinda hope you have these little conveniences at your disposal.

Our stay was terrific. The continental breakfast was the best I have never experienced before. The hot was hot and the pool was also at a refreshing temperature. Easy on and off from the interstate. Starbucks one mile away and also a Walmart and plenty of restaurants to pick from. The hotel had a eat in restaurant/bar at a reasonable price $$.

It was relaxing stay. Clean and friendly staff. Bathrooms need to be updated. They are very outdated.

We had stayed at this hotel over approx 2.5 weeks. We had stayed on multiple rooms which were very dated, the carpeting, the heavy drapes. One room had balled up used tissue under mattress and a pillowcase with obvious dirt on the pillowcase. Definitely not updated in a long time. Most rooms had obviously signs of water damage or repair from water damage. To top it off early Christmas morning we checked out at 12am after finding a bed bug. It was traumatizing and infuriating that we had to be packing up all of our things in the middle of the night on Christmas morning, leaving things behind and needing to find somewhere else to stay. It was a lot of work later that day to clean everything we had to prevent any possible issues going forward. And we’re staying at the hotel as we find a new home so we had a lot of our things with us. Do not trust the high ratings as this is what had us go here to begin with.This hotel was probably a great place in the late 90’s but hasn’t been cared for well and it shows.

We have stayed at this hotel hundreds of times over the years and will never be returning after this one. The hot tub and pool were overcrowded and filthy. The evening manager special that we utilize at every embassy we stay at only provided 2 drinks, and the food was never stocked. Then the hot breakfast that we always look forward to was not available, they only provided a mediocre continental breakfast. Absolutely worst stay at an Embassy Suites, we will not be returning.

Abraham was very professional during my check-in. When I went into my suite I found blobd hair strings in the washroom on the counter and in the bedroom. The shower nob was very loose. I had to continue to work with it while standing there naked waiting to get in the shower. Other than that the stay was nice.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. Upon arrival, we received two drink tickets that we could redeem during happy hour. Complimentary chips/salsa were also offered.

Until midnight there was noice from bar/restaurant area chatting/yelling, never felt like it’s a four star worth rated! Then again early morning noise starts from breakfast area although not low compared to night. Staff was friendly, helpful. Facility was decently clean.

The breakfast was great as always. The service was excellent as well. The room had some issues. The television in the bedroom didn’t work at all. The bathtub/shower had a lot of grout issues and it looked quite cheap. The carpeting was fraying in places.

I had never stayed at an Embassy Suites before and I was very impressed! Suites were roomy and the complimentary breakfast was incredible- great selection all for a very affordable price. My only negative comments are the shower had very low pressure and my bedroom tv remote did not work. Also the front desk staff were a tad stuffy and not very knowledgable. Witnessed many scuffles between front desk and customers, but overall the property exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay there again.

overall a nice stay but why have room service with no menu in the room or any information about the time of room service. bathtub had some hair in it the first night

The overall hotel look was excellent! My room was nice and clean and spacious! The pilows were fluffy 😴. The staff that I interacted with was pleasant. The breakfast was fine, they didn't have any turkey meats but I was still able to eat. I definitely will visit again for a small get away.

The area has had changes like most companies. Seemed deserted. But i had a good stay rooms were clean, food was tasty, staff was nice.

Room was large. Breakfast was fantastic. And the reception hour each night with free drinks was a nice bonus

Take my review with a grain of salt! I will never rate anyone or anything as perfect, because none are!! That said, i noticed some harsh reviews of this property and a few good ones. I stayed here because of its convenience to Ohare, and its amenities like the Full (real) breakfast that is free to those staying at the Hotel, and i have used 'Embassy Suites' in other stays at other locations and all were good, so we decided to try this one. Overall the rooms are Ok, clean and large (suite) which make them nicer than most hotels you stay at, and cheaper for the price in this area, and with the extra's Hilton gives you at this property, a much nicer stay in my opinion. With the Full Real breakfast the next morning I ordered my Omelet and enjoyed fully, so did my son, we were stuffed before we left. This makes this property though not the best, nicest newest in the area, actually one of the Best Deals around this area. There actually might be some cheaper and maybe even better, but in my experience, 'Embassy Suites' has been my families favorite for years. The only real knock on this property, was its a little bit noisy. The Place was packed and almost all rooms sold out, the parking lot was Full, so maybe i should expect that, or it was the parents not making their kids behave, or some other reason, but it just seemed a little noisy, but by the next morning as i enjoyed the breakfast before we set out on the next leg, i didn't care and enjoyed my stay!!!

They over charged me $25 each room I had 2 rooms. I called and left a message with the accountant and never got a call back 920-490-0709 Rick Minten

Several things that were terrible. The noise level in the rooms as related to the other rooms on the floor. Whenever someone used the bathroom you could here the toilet flushing or the water being used. There was no fan vent in the bathroom. There was only one towel bar in the bathroom. The worst problem was the noisy children that I guess were in the lobby or reception area.We closed the door connecting the livingroom and bedroom area, in order to tone down some of the noise. No one seemed to care about other guest who also were in the hotel. No one informed them to tone down the noise. I will be bringing my grandchildren for my next visit since it is a play ground or amusement park for children. Have a blessed day.

Everything was excellent! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

They have so many nice little perks and overall such a nice, and friendly space even though it was packed. The only complaint I have would be improvement of the basic cosmetics of the room. A few examples include little thing like tightening the loose hardware in the room, replacing the wallpaper that is water damaged or has holes, reapply the borders that have separated, etc. But please don’t harp on that. It’s really a cool hotel
