Suite was spacious and clean, all staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and they offer an evening buffet on Monday! Interior is a bit dated and common areas a bit neglected. Workout room was sufficient, and nice laundry room. Did not use the pool. Altogether a good stay.

Hotels was a average quality but carpets and room smell like dogs were inside not cleaned properly, even the hall way was stinky like dog pee. Room door was no secure properly bleed to be replaced

If you are on the fence..DO IT! I’m so happy with my choice. We booked the king suite which featured a kitchen with stainless steel updated appliances along with basic necessities, living room, bedroom separated by door, and as everyone else is saying the bed was super comfy. All dove products in bathroom provided. Awesome breakfast choices and they even have an evening time to get fresh snacks and wine (which I believe are free, I just happened to walk by and see the dining area packed). Very clean and cozy hotel. The area is AWESOME, within one minute of a Costco, and a few minutes to other amenities. Within 10 minutes from the Home Alone house which was a cool surprise. They also had free washer/dryers and give you a laundry basket in the room. All the staff were super nice and helpful, they were able to accommodate an early check in. I highly recommend!!!

Disappointing. Our room was given away without notice despite leaving a message that our flight didn't land until after midnight. Compensation = we were sent to a different hotel for the night. So basically none. We were told it's Hotels.com's responsibility to notify us our room was cancelled. I suspect Hotels.com wasn't told. Returned for the rest of our stay. Reserved a king bed, got a "queen" that was really a twin and not exactly comfortable but at least it didn't taco. Fortunately we're small and love sleeping on top of each other. There was a very loud rattle constantly from the wind blowing against an awning or the a/c vents outside that, well, be a heavy sleeper or you aren't sleeping. Pro: couldn't hear the neighbor unless I was in the bathroom. The shower head was loose and would only hit my chest. Had to put my head nearly on the wall to get my head under water to wash my hair. The dishwasher is REALLY loud. The gym is crap unless all you want is cardio. And the staff is average to flat out rude. The staff at the hotel they sent us to the first night was fabulous. All in all, I would stay again if I brought my own exercise equipment and requested a room away from the street, but only because the larger suite size of the room is nice and included breakfast and happy hour basically means two meals plus wine is free. If you're just looking for a place to sleep try down the street. The beds are better elsewhere.

Very good staff and clean riim

This place was so nice, such that I joined their rewards program for future stays. The unit was roomy, felt like a small yet comfy apartment. Was with my child looking at schools — she remarked that it would be an ideal dorm layout! The area seemed super safe and nice as well.

I stayed here for almost a week to recover from a surgical procedure. We were placed at a room on the end which worked out well because it was quiet. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels, paper towel and soap. Having a kitchen with a full size fridge and dishes was great. There was plenty of storage space in the closets and drawers. The only negative I can say is that couches and chairs were well worn. There were tears in the fabric of the cushions and stains on the ottoman in one of the bedrooms. I tried hard not to think about what they are and how they got there. 😂 The online check out was very convenient. Overall it was a lovely stay and we will be staying here again for my next procedure in a few months.
