Breakfast was delicious! Staff were very nice. Hotel surroundings were so loud and we could hear everything going on around our rooms. There was a train that went by and blew its horn multiple times every time it went by. There was what we believed to be feces splattered on the ceiling in our washroom. Our shower had a huge crack down the wall about 3 feet long. The shower faucets were very run down. The shampoo and body wash dispenser only dispensed enough shampoo to wash a mouse’s head. The hotel worked in a pinch to give us a place to sleep for our commute to Florida but it’s calling for some TLC.

We checked in hoping for an east in and out experience. Room was dirty, bathroom disgusting - hair stuck in the washcloth. The bed sheets smelled like wet dog. Phone didn’t work to call the front desk. Asked for the body wash dispenser to be refilled was told staff didn’t have the key… would not recommend.

I didnt lile that i had to pay twice due my check in was messed up.

The property was listed on Travelocity as “per friendly”. When we arrived we were informed that it was NOT pet friendly and we needed to find other accommodations!!!!!!

We checked in at 11:11 pm, everything was great, no compliance. In the morning kids wanted chickfill a for breakfast so we check out and left to chick fill A, before leaving I wanted a cup of hot boiled water and their machine was loading and reloading and guy there was keep telling me that i have to patiently wait for it, but how long its gonna take he doesn't know. So thats my only one complain, that i couldn't get a cup of boiling water.

I booked a room for three nights for my son’s graduation from military boot camp. We learned that we could take him to his next assignment by car and decided to check out early. The hotel would not refund us the money and ignored hotel.com attempt to get a refund for me. They should treat military better than this! I would not stay at this hotel again.

The carpet had stains. Carpet is gross in a hotel room anyway. The bathroom had dark spots in the corners and paint splatter.

I didn't like much at all about this facility. No care was given to this hotel. The accent wall in the room was painted by an amateur. The bath towels were no longer useable. The sleeping pillows were the size of throw pillows. The bathroom tiles just looked Undesirable. No shower gel. They owe us a refund!

We needed new bed sheets for the sofa bed because it had blood stain on the bottom of the cover. We asked for an exchange but was told that they didn’t have any

Good place

Stayed 13 nights. They clean at their discretion. I was told it was every 3 OR 4 days after I checked in. Ended up cleaning 4 times. Told the front desk we were out of towels 3 times and came back to no clean towels in the evening and had to go down to front desk to get towels myself!!! If I wanted my room cleaned every 3 days and picking up my own towels, I could have stayed at an extended stay for less then half the price.

Every room had bedbugs, cockroaches and pubic hairs - we ended up cancelling the reservation and staying elsewhere.

The room was neat and clean, but could use refurbishing.

The hotel was great. However the staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. She demanded a credit card to pay for our stay when I showed her my receipt of already paid. I understand when they put one in file for extra expenses but this was not the case. Not a good welcome.

I would have given a 5 star review because all the staff, with the exception of “Bobby” at the front desk at night were excellent! I needed soap and shampoo and he told me that I had to wait until the next day; after a 9 hr trip I was looking for a shower. The breakfast was excellent and the personnel at it.

Staff at checkin was amazing the lady was excellent customer service. Clean except there were chip crumbs under the sofa bed when I went to pull it out. But otherwise it was clean beds comfortable .

When we arrived there were 2 people outside of the building and one was trying to break the cigarette ash tray off the building amongst other things. So that was our first impression. We told the staff and the female seemed inclined to handle it but since we were checking in we didn’t go back outside for some time. This hotel is very outdated!! And don’t bother asking for anything if you’ve booked through a 3rd party company because they will deny any and all requests. We were staying here for our daughter’s graduation at Fort Jackson. This hotel is VERY CONVENIENT to gate 4 for the base which the fastest way to get on the base. Gate 2 is crazy busy. It took us 7 minutes to get to base from the hotel. The hotel also shares a parking lot with a chick-fil-a and a Waffle House so that was nice. Breakfast was good on day 1 and day 2 was…undesirable to put it nicely. The pool is COLD (and the size of a large hot tub) and we were there the first week in September when it was over 100°. They do have 2 grills to use and a fire pit. We reserved a suite since we had 5 people in our party. The room smelled terribly of smoke, the bathroom couldn’t fit 2 small children in it. None of it was like the pictures. We asked to be moved to the suite that was in the pictures that made me want to reserve here and we were denied because we didn’t book directly through them. We will not stay again.
