Always a pleasure staying at the Garden Inn. Clean rooms, friendly service, and quiet makes they stay wonderful.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean. The property was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and clean. Loved the hardwood floors, though it does make the room echoey. Room was also spacious, made it feel big and comfortable. The little kitchenette was a nice tough.

This was the worst place we've ever stayed. Check-in guy was very unfriendly and wasn't available after check-in. The beds are basically the quality of pull-out sofas, linens and towels had a strange musty smell with matching mysterious stains. But the kicker is that the walls are paper thin and the clientele here is...not the best. We were awakened at 7AM to an angry conversation about collecting drug money (we could hear every work as if it was happening in our room) followed shortly after by the sounds of violent throwing up for a full 10 minutes. Possibly the same room? Not sure. We packed up the kids pronto and got out of there fast.

The room was nice, but it was very noisy from the other occupants. You could hear them as if they were almost in your same room. That part was annoying.

Things were clean and quiet. Several things needed addressing: the security lock was broken off, the sink drained very slowly, and breakfast is very poor, not worth having.

Room had a musty chemical smell. The office chair was broken. The bed was stiff and creaky. The pillows and blankets were cheap and uncomfortable. The room was dirty and stained. The sink would get clogged. The people coming in and out of the hotel were sketchy. The only positive is the price, but it was still such a bad experience that it was not worth the budget price.

The motel is very clean, well kept, pleasant landscaping. We really enjoyed our stay and this is now our go to place when we go to California to visit family.

The front office staff was friendly. However, my room wasn't cleaned every day and the kichinette was not restocked after my first day. It was a little annoying not being able to make coffee or tea when i returned in the evenings.

A very short drive to the L.A. County, Pomona fairgrounds where a visit can Make for a tiring day.
Once back to the Inn, it's a short drive or even walk to a huge variety of convenience stores and very reasonably priced places to eat or get food to go..
The room is spacious and comfortable.
It's MY CHOICE when staying in the area!!!

It was a clean, decent place, grounds had a nice garden ambiance. My only complaint was the bed, it was memory foam and being someone with ambulatory problems, it was very uncomfortable and difficult to move on the bed or get out of it. I hardly slept because it was extremely painful on my knees and legs.

The reception clerk was rude and dismissive. The noise level from other guests went on until 3:30 am including loud yelling on walkway and constant door slamming. We could hear snoring through the walls. We only stayed here as a quick stop on a long drive and knew it was a cheap hotel so expected just a bare minimum. It did not even live up to that. So bad that we got up and left at 4am although we had planned to not leave until about 9. Don’t stay here.

This is my go to place when I need a getaway, fast service, friendly service meats on my expectations and the price is reasonable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.! Not to mention the convenience to different types of food, stores, etc.

Room was cleaned every day and the property was clean and tidy. The parking was convenient and it was far enough off the street that you don't get a lot street noise. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave in the room to use.

The room had a dirty floor. The bed was full of hair. The bathroom ceiling was stained and had lots of hair as well. The blow dryer didn’t work. There was trash outside the room.
