Very nice place; quiet; with lovely grounds. And staff was so friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

When we first arrived to our room the ac did not work. Informed front desk and they at first did not have a solution until I requested to be moved. Was moved to new room and that room ac did work but the Tv did not .. overall the money they charge is not worth it with having to deal with items not working in room .. was promised call back from
Zack once he informed him . He said he would inform his manager .

Clean. Had to ask for bedding for couch. B eds uncomfortable. Bedding is very poor condition. Quiet room. Parking near room. Fridge needed defrosting. Bathroom had missing grout around base of shower. Room very clean considering. Owners should invest in upgrades. Breakfast outstanding. Gardens beautiful. Pool lovely. One host on duty. He was excellent in taking care of missing items in room. We frequent this hotel often. Price was quite expensive for the condition of the room. Thank you.

Nice stay at the BW in Sam Dimas. Older property but well kept. Very nice courtyard, pool area. Pool was too cold to use but the hot tub was nice. Breakfast had made to order omelettes which were good, but really nothing for Vegans. Plain oatmeal would have been very nice. Room and beds were comfortable. overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and in the process of remolding property. Breakfast was different on select days. I liked that it mixed it up. Cinnamon Buns were hot and DELICIOUS! I would stay there again.

Nice quiet location. Well maintained. Within walking distance of cute downtown San Dimas. Great Italian restaurant and local breakfast spot was great too. Next door is a very nice car wash.

Do not stay at this hotel and use hotels.com or Expedia. I booked the hotel through hotels.com and payed the room fees off the app. The hotel also charged me the room fees for the night stay. The hotel room cost twice the amount for 1 night and neither best western or hotels.com/expedia has refunded me for the extra room charge. Both have extremely terrible customer service when a problem arises and nothing has yet to be done about refunding my money. I will add a different review in the future if they refund my double charge. For the time being, I would advise against staying at this hotel and using hotels.com/expedia.

Other than the look we got from the person who cleaned our room when we were still in it and she wanted to clean the room our stay was excellent. The breakfasts were fantastic and the front desk staff were also excellent. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Worse mattress I ever slept on. Stale smell when entered the room. I had already paid through Expedia and they said virtual card didn’t work. NO elevator for upper floors. Not sure why rate is so high! 2 star hotel definitely…

The hotel was fine. However, your services were terrible! We had accidentally booked our trip for September 22 (instead of September 23). We caught the error immediately and called your Help desk. Kim helped us change the date to the 23rd, and emailed me a receipt and Itinerary number for Sept. 23. But the hotel had not been informed of the change. So although our credit card had been charged we had no reserved room for the 23rd. We need to get a refund for the $181.18 as soon as possible!

This is our "go-to" place when visiting our family in the San Dimas area. The cooked-to-order breakfast is perfect and the staff for both the breakfast area and the hotel are so professional and friendly. The pool area is lovely and makes you feel like you are staying at a resort!
