The place did not feel clean and had some awful cigarette smell on the first floor and a very very strong weed smell on the top floor All the vending machines were empty so couldn’t get a simple bottle of water.

When we got there we checked in with Nicole, who never smiled or welcomed in, just checked us in and gave us our keys. The bar tender in the restaurant sunday morning should have been at the reception desk because she was very friendly and bubbly. Nicole in our opinion was a disappointment upon coming to the baymont by Wyndam. We went up to the third floor in a very rickety elevator with electrical tape on the wall. So we get to our room and neither key worked. So I went down the elevator after waiting for it to arrive for about five minutes and told her the situation and she said well that can't be. I'm sorry but we tried about 8 times, she said well did you lift up or down on the handle. I said both. but I had never heard of lifting a hotel door handle down. She she reluctantly redid the cards. and handed them back to me with the same attitude from when we checked in. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. But it was a little strange to have a king bed with five smaller pillows. ???? apparently there were police and an ambulance in the morning in the parking lot and when we came down to the lobby, there were lots of people with police officers questioning everyone. So we backed up into the elevator and went back to our room. Joe the receptionist/manager was lovely in the later morning along with the bartender from the restaurant. It was not the best experience and we do travel quite a bit.

The front desk was very rude and disrespectful when we asked question. The pool wasn’t heated, jacuzzi was broken. The worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel before

Nice people but hotel is just ok. Worth the money I guess.

No light in bathroom, dirty, no ice machine, terrible

Worst hotel ive ever been to. The restaurant attached to hotel smelled like straight piss. We get back from casino at 2am and there is a guy landscaping at 2 in the morning, there was honeless people all over the property. We go to get in one of our rooms only to find out they gave our room to someone else with our stuff inside. There were homeless people in all lobbies on each floor. The maids used walmart shopping carts. Everything about this hotel is a dumpster fire.

The overall appearance was kind of old and dingy. The elevators were not working well. The toilet in the room had trouble flushing and there were no extra blankets in the room. The water in the shower was strong but not very hot. The bar had a wonderfully friendly server but an awful smell. The free buffet in the morning was lukewarm by 7:45.

The trip started with rolling up to welcomimg cardboarded windows and less than pleasant staff. Once we go to the room via the tower of terror elevator we found our room was either not cleaned or occupied based on belongings left there. Our sleep was accompanied by the wonderful ambionce of screaming neighbors and other guests attempting to gain entrance into our room. In 1.5 hours (between 12:30 and 2 am), there were 4 people who were trying the key card and rattling the door, including the undomicialed and the previous renter who was fully intending on sleeping in the room he was also paying for. Once we left the room, passing under the water stains and mold, we traveled the tower of terror again to our vehicle. Staff have not corrected the issue since a manager is not onsite nor attentive to dumpster fire of a hotel they run. I will never stay at this hotel again; I would rather participate in the hunger games mixed with survivor, since this hotel is a worldstar version of such.
