Good

This was by far the most dirty hotel I have ever stayed in! Pictures were very misleading to say the least. Tiles in the bathroom were sagging and cracked. Cealing had water stains every where. There was mold in corners and in the elavator. Entire elavator panel was unhinged. There is no way this place should have passed any real health inspection. Death trap ready to happen.

My son stayed for 2 weeks. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Breakfast was terrible

People living in lobby. Holes in curtains and bedspread. Hotel needs renovations. Poor water pressure. Unsafe location. Booked for two nights but only could stay overnight due to questionable cliental.New staff looks like trying to change things but will take a long time. Still working on trying to get refund for night we did not stay

Every piece of furniture is broken and ripped, carpets not vacuumed properly

Bed sheets and pillow cases had stains, “blackout” curtains were ripped up and stained and not even able to close. Staff were rude about receiving extra towels, said that we had some in our room and they only have a limited amount. Fine, but this is a hotel right?... drawers on dresser wouldn’t stay closed, tv stand was chipped away at. Hallways and elevator smelled awful. Continental breakfast was a joke only had waffles bagels bread and cereal.. no juice, eggs or meat choices. Best thing about this hotel was leaving. Never staying here again.

Need upgrade on everything.

This place should not be listed. The room smells like wet stinky socks, everything was worn down and broken. DO NOT STAY HERE . At least the staff was nice but the property is not for average human beings. Just dirty, feels unsafe, gross!!!!!!

This location was dirty, rundown, elevators didn't work. Owners are sucking as much money out of this hotel without investing in the business.

Where do I start? Ceiling smoke detector wrapped in paper started chirping at 1130am, cigar stuffed with cannabis, toilet flusher missing, elevator broken, outdide doors propped open, and women of the night servicing people in the parking lot. Horrible place..

I did NOT enjoy the stay here at all. It was dirty, hey grungy, and loud noise/partying outside in the parking lot until 3AM. I would never stay here even if it was free. Horrible horrible experience. Would never recommend.

There were holes in the walls, stains all over the walls and on the sheets and towels, no hot water, and the room smelled damp.

The property was not as advertised. The room we were given didn’t have window coverings and was by a bright street/parking lot lamp and the toilet was leaking. We asked for a change of room and were offered a smoking room that reeked of 25 years of smoke and nicotine. We had no choice but to take the original room and personally turn the water off at the toilet. Saab the manager advised he would give us a partial refund which now I need to organize through Expedia.

Property is not as described. No gym. No pool. Horrible condition of the building. The room was in terrible condition. The bedding was extremely old, smelly with holes in the blanket. The carport was rolled up in places. The smell of the room was that of a mixture of wet dog and cigarettes. The halls smelled of wet cigarettes and marijuana. We booked Sunday to Sunday for an event. We decided to leave a day early. Just couldn’t take the smells and disgusting room any longer. About an hour after I left, I noticed an attempted charge by the hotel for $122. I called and the man that I talked to about checking out early told me it was an accident. It was not an accident. It was on purpose. His demeanor on the phone seemed shocked that I called so quickly as he knew how far I had to travel. Shady business practices. Horrible quality. Stay somewhere else.

Room was in disrepair. Coffee machine was broken.

Check in was great once in the room I noticed the tub wasn't clean and the TV stand was rotted out

Would not recommend. Hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. Cleanliness is ok, baseboards are gross, elevator floors are sticky and missing baseboards. Very run down including maintenance of the room. Kids were uncomfortable but it’s hard when you book online

We stayed in the hotel and we were greeted by intoxicated men and they were talking about killing people . Very scary!! The rooms were extremely dirty one mattress had looked like blood stains, the furniture was extremely dirty, broken down and we found drugs in one of the (narcotics) in a broken chair. I would never recommend anyone to stay here nor would I ever go or drive there again

Cigarette holes in the blankets, and burns on the bathtub. For hours until about 3am people blaring music and playing with their car alarm both nights we were there. Nobody did anything about it. Will not go back.

Do not waste your money here, I booked 2 nights, noisy, dirty, no good breakfast. sorry and lost the money.

Mouse in our room. Nobody came to take care of it, so I did.We were on 3rd floor and elevator broke down. Cracked bathroom door. Box under bed was not solid and our cat found her way under the bed and my wife scratched her ankle on the pieces of iron. Very disappointed for a Quality Inn.

I travel a lot for work and like to stay in DECENT hotels while I’m out of town! This was by far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room looked nothing like the photos, there were wholes in the walls, stains on the bedding, and the smell was something that literally kept me up all night. After the first night, I realized there was no way I could stay in this location. When going to request I refund, there was a woman in front of me already requesting a refund, the employee laughed, told her no, and called the cops.

Just dirty and ran down, the elevator felt like I was going to die in there.

Breakfast was not standard.Chairs and table in room was in terrible condition. Coffee machine and coffee packets were in washroom near toilet. Will not visit again.

This is one of the ghettos place ever. One of the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. No towels. Do not trust the photos posted online. It does not look like that in real life.

Staff needs training. Communication among staff.
