The pictures online did not match the actual room. They were filthy. The room was dingy and the toilet seat was stained. Wall outlets were dirty and cracked. The carpet had multiple stains and that’s because the carpet was dark.

The water in the bathroom kept on running which was annoying to hear the entire stay. The pillows are bad.
The worst breakfast. The hot water was cold, only 2 apples, ONLY waffles and yogurt and NO protein. For a choice hotel that was the worst breakfast I ever had presented to me, nothing really for my kids to eat, no hot chocolate or apple juice. The orange juice tastes weird.
NO Hot Tub, I repeat, no hot tub which I choose this hotel especially for that reason.
The room was clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

There was only an issue with the light. But other than that it was so comfortable everyone there was great and nice. I had such a great night sleep. The room temperature was however you wanted which is great. The breakfast was yummy. Got an amazing waffle. I truly would stay there again

I truly hate to say this cause its not a bad hotel .Iam disappointed in the fact that when we checked in they had no towels . NOT A BIG DEAL. UNTIL MORNING TRYING TO CHECK OUT EARLY CAUSE WE HAD TO Get to WORK THEY WOULDN'T RETURN DEPOSIT. THEY CHECKED THE ROOM AND NO TOWELS WERE IN THE ROOM . (We had no towels to start with.) WELL OK THE DEPOSIT WAS $100.00CASH NOT EVEN THE BEST HOTEL IN DALLAS CHARGE THAT MUCH . BUT WE PAID IT .THEY WONT RETURN LIKE WE HAD BEEN TOLD. IT WOULD BE FOR DAMAGE DONE IF WE DAMAGED THE ROOM . GUESS WHAT, NO DAMAGE!

Walls are thin could hear everything from the room nextdoor. Man had a dog and it barked a lot. After telling the front desk they did call and the man picked up his dog.

It was a liking at the hotel. They didn’t advise or let us know the water was going to be shut off. We didn’t take a shower. They ask you for 100 deposit ridiculous! I’m gonna Avoid these hotels in future!

The room wreaked of smoke once we went inside. That’s the only complaint. Maybe have breakfast until 10 AM instead of 9 AM lol

The staff was friendly, check in and check out was fast and convenient. I asked for a non smoking room and the whole night the room smelled of cigarette. All night we could hear the traffic from the highway which kept us from having a goodnight sleep. Overall I would not return to this place.

All of the staff were very sweet and accommodating. I never had any problem at all. my remote for tv wouldn’t change sources so I could use my streaming device, the front got me one that would. Room was pretty quiet and had great AC!

The staff when we got there was friendly and helpful. The following morning the staff was not. The handicapped room was not properly equipped. I was assured that the issues would be addressed.

So here is how my experience.
The exterior is in terrible shape. The area dosent appear it's safe for families They Post stock pics online. Your not there how would you know? As soon as they can, they run the credit card you put on file. Now they have your money. Again, you haven't seen the place or your room. I had a problem with the deception upon arrival. I was lied to and forced to call hotels.com to fix it. I spent 2 hours in all. Think about how long that process is when you have a family and you money is tied up in a shady disgusting place like this. Thank God hotels.com stepped in! But this place and its "Management." Showed have terrible customer service imo. I do not EVER recommend a place like this.

A great place to stay. I normally do not stay at hotels with doors leading to the outside. However this property is amazingly clean and they're updated very nice rooms for half the price. I will stay here again I would stay here with my family but this was a business trip this time. Great food nearby as well as shopping.

The front desk worker was pleasant, bare minimum breakfast not like other quality inns. Rooms were nice, bed was hard.

The room reeked of pot and cigarette smoke plus the mirror was not clean at the top. The pillows were so lumpy we had to use our own.
