Very nice and clean hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located. Front desk was very polite. Would recommend

They have my $50 deposit. They say it was a hold but they changed the card.

My stay was really great. I have nothing but good things about this hotel.

Coffee wasn't strong enough

Property was clean, comfortable and in good condition. A few sketchy individuals were hanging around however and did not make me feel secure. Towing a trailer, I was forced to park on the street. The clerk was not the friendliest, and there was no breakfast although it was listed. Bargain rate, however.

The front desk clerk was very nice, but room was disappointing. There were no hangers in the closet.Clerk brought them to me. Carry out breakfast was muffin & almost frozen pig in blanket, but no microwave. styrocup at coffeebar had hole in it. Coffee ran everywhere. No napkins or personel to help with cleanup.

Shower sucks Bed was hard

When I walked into the property, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d made the right choice. But when I got to my room, all was confirmed that I had in fact made the right choice. My room was clean and neat. There was no smell. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely be back. Great job!

It was a very pleasant stay, with excellent staff. I appreciate the area which was not polluted with trash and solicitors.

We chose this hotel because it was close to my moms house. The room was extremely small. Found actual boogers on the walls, french fries on the floor next to the bed and there were poop stains on the sheets. We definitely wont be back.

The owner’s attitude was unacceptable and was violating consumer protection laws. No settlement nor resolution took place. Immediate eviction from premises without discussion of the hotel stay.

Room was dirty/poorly cleaned, we left it cleaner than we found it. The hallway was extremely noisy and thin walls. Front desk was rude and treated everyone like they were trying to come in off the street.

There was mold and blood stains, we had to sleep on top of the covers. If you are planning to stay here and don't have the funds to go somewhere else once inside, I do not suggest this hotel. WORST stay EVER!

My room was dirty, condom box and tooth cleaners under the bed

It was a basic room with a toilet that ran constantly and one wall next to the bed was very dirty.

I will sum this up as such… I travel half the year and rarely if ever leave a negative review… Today that will not be the case There was no hot water despite allowing it to run for 5 plus minutes. Staff was advised. Took zero proactive action. Room smelled stale and over bleached. Just a poor experience

The staff are just rude. No respect.

This was the worst experience for my family and I. It was disgustingly dirty from top to bottom. The bathroom was filthy, the sheets were stained. They offer breakfast online, but there was NONE served. There was long thin black hair (looked like dog hair) all over the beds. Truly disgusting! A black greasy hand print on the shower walls….literally not what the pictures of website reviews claim to be!

It was a nice clean place. I loved the staff everybody is so nice. And the hotel was secure i love that.

I made the mistake of booking this property without reading the reviews. The room was disgusting. The bathroom had dead bugs on the floor, hair everywhere and mold in the tub. The bedroom had a picture that was molded on the inside and around the picture. I ended up checking out early and going elsewhere. The front desk didnt even ask why I was leaving early. Unfortunately I had already prepayed for the nights.

Way to noisy in the halls and people can’t rest and even when the room is clean the keep your deposit

I liked clean room. Didn't like no breakfast. They put out 10 muffins they were gone before i could get one.

There were holes in the sheets let’s say cigarette burns. No Toilet paper on roll in bathroom.. old trash behind trash cans

When you arrive you will smell something you cannot quite place. It’s the crematorium around the corner. After you realize during your stay you will alway smell the forbidden brisket, in the room both of our smoke detectors was not hooked up, just the wire hanging from the ceiling. The sheets had two obvious cigarette burns in it right at the head of the bed. The small sink in the middle of the room had oxidation on it right where the water came out so we don’t know if that worked. On to the AC, if would blow super cold when you were not in the room, then in the middle of the night either it would shut off or stop blowing cold air and make the room unbearably hot. Couple that with the room had a lingering damp smell our entire stay. We told the front desk about these problems and they seemed to honestly not care that we had issues with the room.

It was a ok the only problem is the company thing. Im in town to visit my family. So what is the big issue with them coming over Thats why i got a see suite for the extra bed that was not used i should get a little of my money back because of it.

this was a bad start restroom dirty looks like mold on the wall in the restroom i ask to change rooms they wasted more money my wife said no and its nosie from up stairs

Staff was rude. There were unexpected fees. Would have rather stayed at the motel down the street than that hotel
