One of the older ones we have stayed at, but it was ok. So long as its clean, we're happy!

The check-in host was really nice and very helpful, we had our race car on a trailer and thier parking lot was able to accommodate and she also let me know they had a security systems with good cameras! The rooms were EXCELLENT! Really comfortable beds and lasting hot showers!

Clean, great service, but the bed was brick hard, lumpy and we didn’t sleep! Bad start to a long trip!

The beds were uncomfortable, there was mold on the ceiling in the room and bathroom. The bathroom had no heater or vent to prevent condensation building up while in the shower.

The room needed some repairs & upgrades. The toilet seat didn’t match the shape of the toilet bowl. Doors w/chips out of them. Walls w/wallpaper seams apart & sticking out. Window in room looked gross, coated from outside or between panes and unable to see out.

The front desk service was friendly and professional. The person preparing breakfast even came around with coffee.

The lady at the front desk was so nice & helped me figure out how to fix the tv because netflix wasn’t working, helped me with check out when my flight got delayed, & gave me places to visit when I come back. The other customers are so welcoming & nice. Thanks for making my stay in Cullman enjoyable!!

The staff here is wonderful, especially in the morning, and the gentleman that prepares the breakfast is outstanding and his breakfast is very good.

Everything was good, the toilet did run some during the night but Everything else was good. Our neighbors were very loud but that cant be helped when you travel.

The water pipes broke and we arrived to canceled reservations. No offer of help to find a new hotel and I haven’t received a refund.

I drove from out of state for a family funeral. Upon arriving, I was told that there was no room for me because “our system allows overbooking on Expedia.” Thankfully, I arrived early in the day and was able to secure a room at another hotel. If I had waited until after the funeral to check-in, all hotels in the area would have been booked. When asked if I was going to be charged for the Expedia booking, which I paid for in advance, I was told I would need to contact Expedia. I will neither use Expedia again to book anything, nor will this hotel chain my first choice. Not a great system for travelers.

Pool was a swamp and closed. Yet the website said it had a pool. Very disappointing, when had I known the pool was closed I would have booked elsewhere. We drove 10 hours

I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. Staff was very accommodating. They also had popcorn and raspberry drink and water available for guest! Breakfast was also delicious with variety of fresh fruit!

Liked the cleanliness of the bathroom and the bed/bedding provided comfortable rest. There was a crumbled cracker on the floor in the front of the credenza. There was sticky (icky) stuff on the nightstand and desk. I was too tired to complain about it or ask for a different room. I put towels over the sticky stuff so I didn't have to think about it.

We always enjoy our stay at Hampton Inns. The facilities are always clean and the staff are very friendly. The only suggestion I have is that they need firmer pillows. It’s a great place to stay!

The room was very clean and spacious. Everything was very nice and the location was great. Close to restaurants and even a Walmart very close by. I will definitely stay here again if I’m traveling that way.

The only complaint my family and I have is the bed was extremely uncomfortable we did not sleep all night other than that location and hotel was awesome !!!!
