Wonderful! Appreciate receptionist informing me of the Grotto museum & Christmas festival!

Staff was very friendly.
Not the hotels fault but when we arrived there was a guest in the lobby acting very paranoid. Refusing to go back into their room, said something was in there. The front desk was calling the cops as we checked in to look at the guys room with him. It was honestly unnerving and I was a little leary to stay for fear of what the guest may do or what was going on.

Breakfast was OK. Would have preferred bacon vs sausage.
Hotel was very loud. Guest all around us making noise that was heard through walls and ceiling
