Clean, quiet, very comfortable. Great morning breakfast. The only thing is that there were only 2 bath towels in the room which is not enough for 2 people. Should be 2 towels per person.

Because of our deal on this hotel, I was not expecting what we received…quality and cleanliness. We will stay here in a heartbeat again. Very clean throughout the hotel. Ambient lighting above the beds greeted us; was a warm fuzzy. Breakfast consisted of hot and cold food items. All was spotless in the dining area. Could not ask for more. We stay in lots of hotels throughout the country and this was an unexpected wonderful stay. Thank you!

There was a terrible blizzard so we did not travel. I called to try to reschedule but they would not change my date or refund my amount. It’s a disappointment as we used to stay at this hotel regularly when going to the Racine area to see grandma. We won’t be staying here again. I hope my $78 was worth the complete loss of my business.

We had a fine time! We take an annual trip to the area and have our favorite places to visit, but we have been trying many different lodging options. Mount Pleasant has been a great fit for us the last 2 years. We would stay here again . . . nice, friendly staff; cozy, quiet environment; tasty, convenient breakfast! Well done!

Breakfast was good except for someone taking my waffle out of the iron, before it was funished. Never asked. We were the only ones in there. We came back around 10 pm and the lobby smelled of Marijuana. There were no hooks or towel bars. Otherwise the room was ok.

The hotel is a bit of a drive off the expressway however it was clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety to choose from.

Staff was polite and nice. The staff were great. Only issue is the walls are thin. You can hear cars drive by outside as if your window is open. Also, our room was near the stairs and we can hear people going up and down stairs.

It was amazing. Not only did it look clean it smelled clean. The breakfast was very nice good quality and great coffee. Im super picky on cleanliness and food. My only issues were the bending machine has no price and charged me $5 for a small bottle of soda! The floor in the room could of been swept better but besides that 10 outta 10

The property was nice the lady at the front desk was nice and polite so checking in was easy and quick. The room was nice clean and roomie the bed and pillows was very comfortable the bathroom is very small but it was clean. I didn’t like that the room was right next to the elevator so you kelp hearing the door slam I didn’t really like the area but other then that my stay was great oh the breakfast was pretty good but the bacon was very thin

Arrived to property after midnight. The room was dirty on arrival, floor dirty, stains on comforter. Look like snot on bathroom wall, opened refrigerator and it was dirty. Tried to disinfect as best as I could just to get through the rest of the morning. Slept in my clothes and put my sheets over they linen. I literally was awake all morning. When the sun came up I checked out and asked for a refund for the remaining 3 nights I had booked. Expedia was great with helping me secure my refund. The clerk at front desk was nice and apologetic about my experience. This place really deserves no stars. The hallways look sketchy, the room door was dirty and looked like someone had broken into door before with all the wood chipped off. Definitely not a good experience. If it wasn’t so late I wouldn’t even stayed as long as I did.

As a women staying alone for the night it was unnerving to have the door to my room be broken. The door frame is cracked and shifted so that the door does not shut properly and the lock did not work at all.
