Staff were very nice! It's in a great location and very quiet. Will stay again!

Cleanliness was okay but the room smell old and musty. Like sewage coming back up the pipe. Had to keep spraying air freshener to be able to tolerate stay there. Breakfast was a disappointment. Not enough variety and whatever was there was gone by 6:45 am. The reason we picked to stay there was for the breakfast. We go to Pinehurst often for golf and breakfast was the main attraction for us. Sorry not going to stay there again.

Toilet tissue dispensers were dirty. Airline baggage claim stickers of a previous guest were still stuck to the top of the headboard. Dust behind the TV in clear view due to placement on top the f the bureau.

The worst part was the breakfast. But it was just average to below average in every way.

The staff was good. The beds were hard and the bright security light outside shown brightly around the too small blackout curtains

Room not serviced, bathroom dirty floor stinky commode,loud noises in corridor after 11pm, desk attendant didn’t know how to credit my points on Choice account. Wouldn’t ever go back

The property was old and needing refreshing. My shower would not drain water.

Staff was very nice. The location felt safe and clean.

Rooms can use maintenance. Molding was loose from wall. Shower had mold around edges. shower hook broke off wall. stains on chairs. Staff was friendly and exterior and lobby was well maintained.

While the staff was polite, they could not provide any wash cloths and only one towel and one hand towel. We asked for two of each. The hall carpet was dirty and torn. There were bugs in the room.

Easy check-in and the folks working there were super friendly and accommodating! The only qualm was that cleanliness wasn't the best (specifically in the bathroom) the towels also had some stains on them.

It was ok - but the front staff was very poor. They had a delivery of food (including perishables) that was left in the hallway at approximately 4PM. When we returned back from dinner at 9:30PM most of the boxes were still there. I informed the front desk person (who had been there all time) and her response was "I can't be 2 places at one time - I'll get to it." Needless to say - there was no chance we would eat breakfast the next day. (Breakfast was awful anyway - the worst I've experienced) A positive end to the story is that my wife ran into the owner and let them know of the experience and food issues. They made us aware of the front desk person was fired that morning and all the perishables had been thrown away. Hopefully it was just a staffing issue - the hotel is in a great spot. Not sure I would go back or recommend.

I had a nice stay at the Comfort Inn. The bed was very comfortable, which to me is the must important requirement of a hotel. I would recommend this property when visiting Pinehurst.

Housekeeping only comes if you request it the day before, they only put 2 towels in the room regardless how many people are coming into it. Pool doesn't work...

It was very clean, quiet amd comfy beds! Perfect stay while i had to work. All front desk personal were friendly, polite, and cared about their jobs.

Conveniently located to golf courses and shopping. The air conditioning unit is one of those that goes off and on, which is annoying for a light sleeper. The receptionists are very nice.

Need more bathroom hooks to hang towels in bathroom.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean.

Bathroom had a leak at the bottom of tub, which i reported also ub had black spots at the top of tub. Also the evening clerk when we checked in seemed like she did not want to be there.

This was a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

Property internally is very run down, walls are patched poorly in room, a towel looked dirty, bed was very wobbly, ac unit filthy with dust and smelled moldy/musty, floor around night stands very dirty not cleaned around or under, floor around seating chair in room dirty, lamp stands covered in dust not wiped. Poor cleaning for price point

Check in was great desk lady was beyond helpfull. Place was very clean.

We had to go get a plunger from the desk & use it ourselves. We also had to wait until 10:00 pm to get a blanket & then had to go get it ourselves!!!😡

The room smelled like cigarettes. The floor was sandy. There was mildew in the bathroom. The faucet in the sink was leaking. I asked for another room if they had one available and heard nothing else from the hotel clerk.

Medium age facility, good location staff very responsive. Good value, overall.

I have stayed at other Comfort Inns, and this property does not measure up. This was my second stay. The first time there was no food for breakfast. The staff blamed a large group that had eaten them out of house and home. The physical facilities are in poor repair, almost to the point of neglect. Investment/renovation is required. The desk staff is competent, but not welcoming.
