Wonderful experience. Well maintained, great staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Also, they make you feel like they know you, and you are a welcomed guest. Upon leaving, the friendly desk clerk gave me a big, happy smile a bright "See you next time!" (This must be a charming example of legendary southern hospitality, because only a day earlier I was greeted at a Chick Fila in Concord and sent off from the Spa in Pinehurst with the same cheery "See you next time!" :))

Stayed 2 nights and we’re very pleased with the hotel. The staff provided exceptional service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and clean. We had no complaints and definitely will book there again.
