I booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. I get there and end up getting two "Queen deluxe " rooms that weren’t even next to each other. The explanation given was because they're allowed to be overbooked by three rooms and because i was the last one of the three overbooked, i wasn't given the room that i reserved. The rooms they gave us, were not ideal for my family because we now had to split up into two rooms. We had to decide which minors would go with which adults and so on.
The beds in the rooms were definitely NOT queens, more like fulls. There waa one trash can and it was in the bathroom. One room smelled like someone had cooked fish in it. Dropped something on the floor and it went under the bed. Unfortunately i looked under there and GROSS. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Cob webs on the walls. Breakfast was muffins, coffee or granola bars. The lady that checked me in was nice and apologetic but that was the only thing good about this stay at this hotel.

hotel is completely outdated. smells, did not get the room I reserved. grab and go breakfast was horrible. room was dirty. shower was gross. sink didn't drain. bathtub had black spots all over. bathroom fan sounded like a train. sheets were scratchy. freezer didn't keep food frozen. tv had a blue hue. furniture was damaged

I was on a bicycling trip, and the ground floor room was everything I needed to make my trip easy and comfortable.

Convenient and great staff. Room wasn't the cleanest, but I would still stay here again. The Extended stay has been a reliable hotel for us.

We had a great time visiting. the room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. dishes and kitchen items were available on request, but it would have been nice if they had included automatic dishwasher pods or similar since there was an automatic dishwasher in the room. will probably be back next year :)

Filthy entry, hall and elevator. Whole place wreaked of smoke. Outdated kitchen, dirty bathroom. Bed was the only thing that wasn’t terrible thank goodness. Would never stay here again.

I did not like this property because it claims to be smoke free, but it only smelled of cigarette smoke in the hall, and then the room was not clean at all. My husband and I took one look around the room, and completely left, checked out.. and got a room elsewhere. Completely disappointed that this is presented as a nice place to stay online, but it is completely terrible in person. Had to spend days trying to get my money refunded, it finally was but it shouldn’t have taken that long to fight for it because the property is just not up to par. They can’t expect people to stay there once they see the conditions.
I have 3 little children and I refuse to just have them sitting in a building that reeks of cigarettes.

Was told upon checkin we are responsible for taking our own trash. I could stay home and do that.
The TV remite didnt work. I wont stay here again, in fact it was a waste of money

Room was clean and I loved the layout! We were upgraded as I didin't originally know my daughter would also be staying, so the room needed linens for the pull out couch but the problem was promptly addressed. The only real problem was the room was really hot for our tastes and the heater, though we turned it down to 58, was still a bit warm. I think that may have been because the weather had been unseasonably warm recently, so many businesses probably had that issue in Ohio. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Front desk employee was so welcoming, it felt like home, she really care about my stay, hats off to all your front desk folks but Pegge stuck out amongst the rest, definitely will recommend to others and I'll always stay there when in town

There was no ice made in the freezer & there was no hair dryer. Breakfast was only for those who drink coffee.

The first room we were given reeked of cat urine. We were given another room and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The third room that we were given was acceptable. Although through the evening we found out that the phone and microwave didn't work.

Check-in wasn’t bad. The clerk was dealing with someone having a problem that didn’t speak English. After about ten minutes he stepped away and let me check-in. My check-in was quick and easy. Got to my room and got looking around. Room was dated but clean. No signs of bugs but it did smell like a stale ashtray (nonsmoking room). Bed was good and the HAVC worked as it should. I was awakened in the middle of the night by some woman yelling at someone. She was not happy about something. Her yelling didn’t last long and I got back to sleep. Woke up and got ready for work. The shower was ok. The hot water was good but the pressure left something to be desired. The toilet was clean and flushed well. The vent fan sounded like a 1986 Honda Civic missing a piston. Checkout was easy and they had some quick breakfast items. Oatmeal and granola bars with “coffee”. I wouldn’t not stay there again for the price. Not sure if I would make it my first place to stay.

I liked everything about my stay except for they couldn't provide pots and pans for my room until late on the 2nd day of my stay and I was booked for the entire weekend and I had bought groceries the same day I arrived.

This is our usual spot when we are in town. But now it’s really gone down hill. There’s people outside grilling & yelling at all hours.

The room was very clean and quiet. The person that checked me in was very friendly and funny. The other employees that I encountered were also very friendly and efficient.

Shower was not clean. It had used soap and hair. Also hotel is noisy. Both nights after 11pm there was knocking on doors of other rooms. No in room coffee as listed

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the needs I had. My only disappointment was that the workout room was closed.

I didn't like the dark carpet in the hall and room There was a bad smell every time in the hall. I think it would be better if the walls and curtains where not so dark in color.

Pool wasn't open for kids to swim in and we needed extra towels... Had 6 people and only 2 towels in room and they made us bring used ones down before we could get new ones... Which we also had to go down and get and we had to get an extra blanket for pull out couch. Not very friendly or smart
