The state was actually horrible in the hotel we got there. They put us down on the first floor across from the pool so my wife was with me and we we were excited at first because Hui wanted to use the pool and relax a little bit well they had a kids soccer tournament in town and the place was low with kidsand it was all kids all day until the pool closed at 9 o’clock so there was no relaxing on the pool. It was just noise up through 1030 10:45 and we in bed at 11 o’clock. We noticed ants everywhere the front They moved us up to the third floor at 1 o’clock in the morning after we got all our stuff together then we had no issues pathetic they don’t take care of things properly if you get ants

Lighting in hallways was dismal. Only one elevator. Ice machine was only working on 1 of 3 floors. Breakfast was minimal.
Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Everything was clean.

The tub had peeling paint that came off on your feet when you showered. The bathroom door looked.like it had been through a war. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The washcloths were stained.

We stayed here when this hotel had recently opened and it was very clean. It just seemed not so much this time. The side door was open when we first arrived. Usually had to use your key card but it was locked about two days later. I just thought about security.

The room and area were great. If you book based on breakfast being offered - don't. Selection is minimal at best.

The staff person on duty when we arrived was welcoming and friendly. Other desk staff throughout the weekend always greeted us, too. Breakfast was basic but it was included, at least. Nice to have Keurig in the room. Bed was comfortable and we found the room suitable. Recommend hooks in bathroom to hang wet towels and a stand to put a suitcase on would be nice. Would stay again.

My family had a wonderful experience here. It was a last minute booking but our accomodations were great. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the service was very friendly. Met the gentleman that has taken over this property when we were checking out. Super nice young man. We wish him well and will visit again if we're in the area. Thank you for a nice couple of days.

Ended up leaving due to the conditions at the hotel. It was one of the dirtiest places I have been and the staff was horrible. Wanted to charge an extra 80 at check in. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There were a lot of little things about this property that were average at best. The biggest was that the HVAC did not really work, unless you only needed the fan. In the breakfast area, you had 2 choices of lids for the styrofoam cups, and neither fit. The hardboiled eggs were awful (very rubbery) and the oatmeal was mostly water. On the other hand, the little kids sitting next to us seemed to really like the cereal. So if that's what is important to you....

The first room they placed us in was clearly not cleaned in the least bit. The second rooms bathroom was not clean either. Woke up early hoping for a decent breakfast...NOPE...nothing. The coffee was ice cold, smelled old and like it had been there a few days already...
The couple that was checking in the same time decided after looking at their room it was best to leave. We should have followed suit and did the same.

We had booked a king bed and there were none available due to not being cleaned. We were then offered two queens. The room we got was definitely not queen, it was full beds. The beds were comfortable just not very big for two adults. The hotel is older and shows signs of wear and tear. It’s not the cleanest in the entryways and hallways. But the room itself was clean. The sheets and pillows were comfortable and clean. Good water pressure and plenty hot. Definitely low frills and saves you some money if you’re in the area and on a budget. As we were. Location is great for restaurants and close to highways.

Check in was great,we had 4 rooms. Next morning had front desk staff come in 2 of our rooms during our 1 night stay just to see what time we were checking out and had 2 more in our party have their room keys deactivated by 9:15 and had to go to front desk to get back in our rooms. When questioned at the front desk staff denied coming into our rooms.

Breakfast was a joke. Available food was spartan at best. Our room was nor service on day out of our three day stay. The finale was the f bomb halls way screaming match between 2 guest followed by the cops taking one of them away….based on vehicles in the parking lot there were never more than 5 guests at this dump.

The room needed more cleaning. My toilet was disgusting. It looked like someone just used it. It was a bug on the pillow dead. A moving bug on the bed. Other dead bugs around the room. I would never go back to the hotel. The staff was very polite!! However, the rooms need a lot more cleaning and something has to be done about the bugs.

I had a problem getting a room but manager was very helpful in resolving it. Also a very noisy party was going on at 11pm and manager successfully got it under control.

The staff is great the hotel is clean. It’s in a great location and the hotel staff is amazing with our teenager and autistic son which doesn’t happen everywhere. When staying here I was comfortable leaving our room with the kids for a date night. The rooms are up to date and comfortable

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. I could seey truck from the room. I felt safe. The sife walks were clean and i was helped withy luggage from front staff when t here wete no carts available! Thank uou!

We were greeted by a desk worker that could not speak English. He was on his phone throughout my check in. The floors, walls, and elevator were disgusting. Things in the room were nice. The air filter to the heating unit was half out and covered in dust. The shower drain plug was not attached. My daughter wanted to swim, but the water was GROSS. In the morning the free breakfast was mostly just the waffle machine. There was a juice machine, but it only dispensed water. Checkout was easy.

People with two pit bulls NOT ON LEASHES were allowed to stay there. Dogs followed me both outside and inside the hotel, even behind the front desk where I tried to get protection from desk clerk, who didn't seem to care. Dogs urinated in elevator, leaving a large pudding and drippings.

I requested a room with accessible tub. I was given a wheelchair accessible room. It was not fit for anyone to stay in let alone a handicapped person.The drain was coming up, the sink was broken porcelain. Water ran across the floor and I almost fell twice. The phone in the room was just for looks. The chair had taped arm. And the remote did not go with the tv. This room was NOT suitable for any form of special accommodations. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT! I will never stay there again and definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Room was nice, clean, although the shower head fell off, had to fix myself. Not that big of an issue. Coffee pot didn’t work, inside was dirty. Breakfast offered left a lot to be desired, not a good selection and the coffee was cold.

The room looks exactly like the pictures , but the bathrooms were so outdated and the floor in the shower was peeling . The receptionist was wonderful , but the front desk is very messy . If the hotel was cleaned better and a bit more organized , it would probably get more repeat business.

The property seems very ran down. Found stains in a lot of places in our room. Had a huge stain in our bed sheets. I guess that’s what you get for paying $70 for a room. Wouldn’t recommend.
