Great hotel for the money

It took a few minutes to be greeted at check-in (there wasn't anyone at the front desk so we had to wait). The hotel was clean though. One of the elevators was out of service so waiting for one elevator, especially in the morning when housecleaning was using them to transport all the materials and staff they needed, took longer than it should have. The fire alarm went off for over 15 mins and none of the staff members communicated what was going on...it was just business as usual while the sirens screeched.

The facility was very well maintained.

The lady at the front desk had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. In these days and times that we are in she was a breath of fresh air. I don’t know what I expected but it definitely wasn’t that. I will definitely stay there again just because of her. I feel so bad because I didn’t ask her name due to the fact that I wasn’t really expecting to write a review. I know her name begins with a M maybe Martha, Mary or Marylyn but if she does get a chance to read this I really appreciate you and thank you!

The only thing I enjoyed about this place was the late checkout (2pm) the side access door was broken, no keycard access. So I had to around front, which was locked, even though there were employees at the desk. The walls were thin and I could hear the people next to me yelling and listening to music until 4 am, I mentioned something to the lady at the front desk, she said security would talk to them. Nothing happened, and later on I heard the same people having sex. On an unrelated note I also found a magnum condom in the package thankfully at the entrance upon arrival, and a fully smoked down to the filter black & mild in the hallway. After the lady at the front desk assured me it was a smoke free property. I have stayed at Motel 6's with more class than this place. The location is decent, lots of restaurants and whatnot nearby. But that signage is awful, small, and one single sign near the entrance, you'd miss it if you weren't looking. I expect better from a hotel with Hilton's brand attached to it, most every other one I've been to at least has soundproofed walls and adequate security measures. Do better please.

It was amazing

The first room we checked into reeked of the room freshener. We stayed 30 min. and tried leaving the door open—smell was still so strong. The pleasant staff gave us a new room. The second room smelled fine, but the faucet in the shower dripped all night. We checked out at 3am and would not choose this hotel again. It is falling apart.

Gave this hotel another chance after a disappointing stay years ago. Mistake. 1st room was dirty. The toilet seat was dirty so we changed rooms … 2nd room -no fridge no ice bucket.., all ice machines on all floors were broken. My boyfriend had to walk to the Hilton across the street to get ice. Will not stay there again.

This property was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and it is convenient to a lot of shopping and dining.

This would have been our second time staying. We liked it the first time. Breakfast included is a plus. But when we arrived for this trip our room was given away. All Expedia reservations cancelled. And they would do nothing for us. Thankfully we had family we could stay with and slept on the floor with our 2 small children. What if we knew no one? All other hotels were booked out as well. While we were trying to figure things out another family came in after going to their son’s funeral and also had their room given away. They do not honour Expedia bookings. Will never go back.

Great stay, Hotel has been renovated back to a Great Hampton White Marsh. I read the reviews before making our reservations (there were some pretty harsh ones) but they appeared to have stayed before all the renovations. Based on my stay I highly recommend this location !!!

The room was too dusty. The bed sheets look like they haven’t been washed in a while. We had to called to get more towels. The sofa bed didn’t have sheets. There were no Blankets in the rooms. No microwave, no fridge. They didn’t come and clean during the day. It was an bad experience

The atmosphere was friendly but my toilet kept running all night

I am William blessed with how clean everything was! My only complaint is that there wasn’t a fridge or a microwave in our room. Otherwise, it was awesome and I have already scheduled room for our return, next-year. Breakfast was delicious. I love the options.

This hotel is way over priced. Towels, face cloth thin like sand paper. Comfort is borderline. Being a well travelled couple, it is clearly overpriced.

Close in walking distance to shopping & restaurants.

We arrived an hour after check out time and were told our room was not ready and that they needed to check. The person at the front desk was cold toward us. Sent us upstairs and the cleaning crew was still in the room cleaning the bathroom. We had to wait 5 minutes outside of our room. It was really awkward. Then during our final day someone started banging on our door to ask if we were checking out (an hour before we were to check out). Other than that.. breakfast was great and the wait staff were very hospitable.

We stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed the free full breakfast, all day coffee/tea, and evening cookies. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

When we checked in, our first assigned room had so much hair in the bathtub. I called to the front desk and the clerk was really understanding and accommodating. She moved us to another room that was much cleaner and we were satisfied. In spite of the huge inconvenience of having to move from room to room, the stay way okay

We always stay here … conveniently off 95, clean, great beds, breakfast included.

Clean with good service in a convenient location.

It was convenient to shopping and eating even though I didn’t get a chance to enjoy those things because of my schedule but there were plenty of places around. No bathroom ventilation and water stains on the ceiling from what appears to be a leak. The dresser had deep scratches and no fridge in the room that I could see.

I was very disappointed with your website because I had to cancel my reservation at Home2 Suites in Baltimore in which Expedia did not refund my payment when I notified them about 2 minutes after I made the reservation because the dates were wrong. Then Expedia lied to me saying the decision to refund was made by properly management. I contacted Home2 Suites and they said the decision to refund is done by Expedia not the property management. I know that I will never get back my money but I can assure you that I will never, ever recommend Expedia to anyone!!!👎

After a long day of drying, it was a perfect place to rest our heads, and we felt very welcomed, and the place was perfectly clean and the staff was wonderful
