Everything was fine. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool not being open.

We really like this hotel, especially when we travel with our small dogs. They have a large, open grass area in front of the property, and a nice area alongside the parking lot for walks and potty breaks. Our room was really clean and didn't have any weird pet smells. Sometimes pet friendly hotels end up smelling like the worst of pets, but not here! Even though we sometimes like to travel with our dogs, we definitely don't like to sleep in rooms that smell from other pets! We ALWAYS use belly bands and girl pads on our dogs - wish hotels would ask, or even require, all owners to do this so that the rooms are guaranteed to stay accident free! - because you never know when a certain smell will set even the best housetrained dog off. But honestly, my dogs never acted like they smelled any previous pets in our room. That's a true testament to how clean the rooms are kept and we really appreciated it! Breakfast was good, pretty much the usual that most hotels are serving. Check in was fast & easy. Location is great, right off of the Interstate and convenient to the mall and all the great stores in Spokane Valley.

Very clean, comfortable beds and linens. Love the staff. Very nice breakfast with many options to choose from. This was our second stay at this property and will definitely be staying again when we're back in the area.

Hospitality of the staff was great! One of the best continental breakfasts I have ever experienced. Noon checkout time! Wow!

Mattress was a little hard but otherwise room was kept much cleaner then more expensive hotel chains. Front desk had great people and support staff were polite and friendly. Highly recommend hotel for this area.

I have stayed there a lot of times. My daughter lives on the other side of the highway from there. Staff is always amazing, everything is always clean. I'm a little picky about the bed, and the electrical outlets on the lamps on the nightstands are really loose so plugging in your chargers there is difficult. Otherwise I love the place

We appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff. Tom, the night desk clerk, was very helpful. The morning clerk was also kind and attentive.

The staff were pleasant. The hotel bed was extremely bumpy and the matter was cover would bunch up in the bed once a person moved. I will not be staying at this hotel again. $180 for 1. Ight is a lot to pay for mediocre comfort.

Bed is pretty hard and not really comfortable. Otherwise pretty average for what I paid.

The staff was friendly all the time, the maintenance, housekeeping, front desk, they all had a smile. There was popcorn in the lobby at all hours and the 5yr old loved that. The pool/hot tub/work out facility was clean and open 24hrs. The room was clean and spacious and there was a minimal amount of noise in the hotel and surrounding area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room appeared to be updated and was clean. The only con for this stay was that we had a room that had a connecting door to the room next door. While the door felt secure, it was not very soundproof. We could hear talking and coughing from the room next door. They also had a larger dog in the room next door. That dog barked many times overnight. The owner stopped the barking quickly each time but given the connecting door wasn’t sound proof, we were quite aware of the barking. The facility and staff were wonderful. I will request not to have connecting door next time.
