I had no problem stay was great as always!

This property is like going to a work camp Hotel! A Transient hotel, It is horrible. The property outside LOOKS UPSCALED Beautiful!! but the inside is horrible. Worse than a 1 or 2 Star Hotel. I asked to change rooms as our first room had broken cabinets. Dirty baseboards. And beyond dirty carpet. It had A patched hole in the bathroom door. The Double bed yes double Not Queen looked like the springs were going to pop out of the 4 inch mattress the bedding had a brown spot on the white coverlet, the headboard was for a King size not a Double. I wouldn’t even take my coat off.. They Changed my room to one with Very Little improvement. The cleaning staff needs to use the hose of the vacuum to clean around the baseboards and some heavy elbow grease. The Handle looked like it was falling off in bathroom tub. Bathroom, was very old. The sofa had spots on it we would not set on it. The bed was the same as the first room. The Elevator and the hall was filthy. Not mopped or vacuumed, someone had left garbage in the hall and in the elevator and no-one picked it up. The Breakfast was standard. But I would not eat as the staff and customers were packing food like it was their last meal. Coughing over the food. Staff allowed a dog to go to open buffet and run around the dog jumped up on me. I would Never Stay at this hotel again! It Needs a full renovation… .. and a Major Health and Safety inspection.

nice stay the breakfast where by far better than any hotel or motel we have stayed in for the last couple of years. We use hotels about once a month

After a long week of working, I just wanted a night with no noise. I have two roommates and needed to unwind and relax. I have stayed here a couple of times before, but I really enjoyed staying in Room #413. When I need another night away. I will definitely be back. And the staff was 5 star!

I love when I stay at larkspur the executive suites are great and for the price. My only gripe is it didnt smell as fresh this visit which I'm unaccustomed to, but other than that a 5 star visit.

Decent place to stay. Its clean and the soap and shampoo smells good. Free breakfast works for me, and the staff is friendly. Just wish they had a jacuzzi, but it wont stop me from going back.

The bed was so hard we couldn’t sleep. We did t have towels, silverware, etc. very poor service.

Pretty good price. The property is not as good as the picture. Property in side the room is not all that well kept. The room front door handel is kind if broken. You can hear a lot if noise from next door.

Staff/service was great but overall hotel is older than what it looked like in pictures. Furniture is old and bed wasn't very comfortable.

Smelled dingy and unclean throughout hotel. Room smelled stale and sheets/linens were worn and very old looking. Door handle fell off at one point and could hear lots of noise in hallways and adjoining rooms. Not a comfortable, quiet stay. Also, bed and pillows very uncomfortable.

Great budget hotel. Very modest breakfast. Could have used some fruit in addition to the carbs and eggs provided

There were a few minor things that should have been repaired before the room was occupied by guests, but not a big deal. The stay, overall, was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pillows on the other hand were not the greatest. They were not very comfortable, but that is just my opinion. Would i stay at this property or another one of your properties in the future, absolutely.

terrible service.

The room we stayed in had frayed carpet with exposed wood strip with nails in several areas of the room where the carpet meets the tile. One of my kids stepped on it and cut his foot. We were all too tired since it was past 1am New Year’s Day to say anything. Otherwise ok.

Clean rooms

Hotel met our needs. Nothing fancy. Carpet in our room and on stairs was very worn. If you get to breakfast at 9am on a weekend you don't get the hot stuff, it was gone and not replenished. Bed was very uncomfortable. Great location, close to restaurants and freeway but didnt hear freeway noise on east side of bldg. Staff was friendly.

Staff friendly and professional. Room was comfortable. Nice having ice maker in the room. It would be nice if phone chargers and extra electric outlet were available on both nightstands.

My room was changed to the total accessibility room on first floor with walk in shower. Much needed and thank you.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The cabinets were found to contain a significant quantity of what appeared to be mouse droppings. Upon reporting this to the front desk, I was met with a lack of immediate action; they stated a need to first verify the nature of the issue. Unfortunately, no immediate assistance was offered. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this place. It raises serious concerns regarding health code standards.

I've stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. Things changed noticibly after the pandemic. This last stay very disappointing. From start, there were no luggage carts available. The attitude was "oh well". Im a disabled senior so the carts are critical for me. I checked in, then left for dinner. At 9:30 pm still no carts. I ended up going to each floor searching hallways until I found one. Walked into my room, the first thing I see is a shredded curtain sheer. Hand held shower head broken-did not lock in place. Toilet and bathroom lighting were hit or miss if they worked or not (haunted?).Breakfast provided has dramatically changed over the last couple of years. No trays to bring food to room. Far fewer options and dont bother if you get there after 8. What's left is cold and limited. Same issue with carts on departure. Need to store and assign when distributed so staff can track when not returned. At least place a sign on carts to return to lobby immediately. My departure was delayed over an hour due to lack of carts. After carrying 2 loads to car, I accidently found a cart in the kitchen. At least I was able to transport my heaviest load by cart. For the record I had more than normal luggage/food items due to Thanksgiving and it was the start of an extended vacation. As I stated all service has diminished since pandemic but should be gettingback on track by now. New owners in the last recently? Trying one more time for Christmas Eve. I earned a freebie. Last chance.

I usually love Larkspur Landing Hotels. But, this one was like a combination of LL and Motel 6. On the outside it looks the same as a LL but the usual luxury of LL is missing. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were thin and cheap. There was no bedside table and only one of the lamps worked. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly but this is not up to LL's usual standard.

Didnt like the fact that the 150 deposit had to be paid with a credit card. Id rather pay cash, that way i get it right back at check put, otherwise. It takes 7 businesses days to have it put back on my card. Takes them 1 second to take it out your account, but 7 days to give it back. Crazy

Everything is good but where is trash room ? 😕 i dont want to left trash for overnight will be smell it. Meaning i put the garbage bag to outside trash box ? Great hotel !
