I paid through hotels.com and I was traveling so I arrived after midnight along with 3 other guests at the same time and the hotel was charging us all an extra $100 for arriving after midnight. We all had to cancel and find another hotel. Total inconvenience that they are trying to make an extra $100 more.

Room was cold when i got in so i didnt get the cozy feeling. The first floor rear exit was not cleaned. There was garbage debris on floor. Other than that the room was fairly clean except for stains on carpet. There was a crack on bathroom vanity counter. Could use some renovating

Service was horrible. Rooms were old and run down. I refused to take a shower with the condition of the bathroom!!. I checked out at 7am due to the deplorable condition of the hotel!!..

Dirty room ,leaky sink and bathtub ,room not smells good.Hallways smell like weed ,very loud people making noise up to 2pm. Not a good stay if you’re working and need a place to relax after work.Good location near restaurants and supermarkets that’s it.

My first room had no heat, I was able to switch rather easily thanks to the lady who checked me in. Uppon check in they give you a notice saying there will be no water from 11am-4pm. I needed the room for the day use and had to stay elsewhere to shower very inconvenient and would they have notified me before I checked in I would of moved my reservation.

This property does not have grab and go breakfast just coffee and packaged muffins. The tub would not drain and filled up while taking a shower. There are no utensils or plates or pots and pans or cups and glasses in the kitchen. The carpet is filthy. The woman at the front desk was the only employee on site. She had no help so when we wanted kitchen supplies we had to retrieve them from her, she was very kind but needed help. The owner of this property should be ashamed but he doesn’t care about the property or the employees.

The floor was dirty. The alarm clock didn't work. The refrigerator smelled. The tub handle was hard to turn on and it as well as the faucet were about ready to fall off. Staff was friendly. I'll never stay there again!

Check in was very hard because the system was down which didn't allow me a smooth transition into getting my rooms right away. I did have to come back a few hours later to get my room. Overall with the glitch is the system the staff member was very knowledgeable and apologetic to the computer not working. She was very helpful.

The facility has an "old" atmosphere, with dated furnishings and fixtures. The shower drips water constantly. That said, it's fairly affordable to stay here and the sheets are clean and the staff is friendly.

A fire alaram ringed in the mid night in most of the rooms, no information from Hotel, they doesnt know what went wrong. They mentioned free breakfast, but they have only the cofee and snack bar.

The fire alarm went off on Saturday night at 1 in the morning. I got up and went outside. No employee came to say everything was ok. Then on Sunday night, it went off twice. Super loud. Couldn’t get back to sleep either night

When I attempted to check in, the person at the front desk wanted to recharge me for the room, whereas I had already paid through Expedia. I explained that to her, but she became very rude and uncooperative. It was getting late, I was tired, and my significant other was tired. I gave up on Extended Stay, had to go through Expedia to find a room elsewhere. We didn't get checked into another place until about 2 am or so. Although we have stayed there many times in the past, without any problems, we will NEVER stay at Dublin Extended Stay again.

Three nights, no housekeeping service. No shampoo in room. No water and no drinking cups. Had to try the door key 10 times before it worked and had to have it reset 2 times. They claim breakfast is included but their idea of breakfast is coffee and granola bars in the lobby. Would never stay there again.

Location is good, walking distance to the commercial area where you can see a movie, go to restaurants and do some shopping. The property needs some good cleaning, dusting of the rooms, bedsheets and pillows/pillowcases, towels smells horrible. The fridge door is dirty, You need to open the window to freshen up the room air. The hallway stinks. Sorry but not coming back to this place.

One night business trip. Check-in was a bit slow and clerk was friendly enough when she spoke. Found a bug on my pillow as I went to sleep and the room was adequate. Left to find a police car at my truck because another similar car in the parking lot was broken into overnight and the officer thought it was mine. Overall, I think I will find a different hotel next time in the area.
