A light broke and fell right in front of my room and i would not like to stay in this property again.

The lady who checked us in was great. I liked that the room was clean, the comfort of the bed, and the products in the bathroom. The only issues i noticed was that the doors were about to fall off the entertainment center and the floor stayed wet by the heater/ac unit. I let management know but never saw maintenance. They may have come after we left but I don't know.

We had a marvelous stay the kids enjoyed the space and room to play after a shopping excursion. Front desk was terrific.

Experience was remarkable… Silletti’s beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. I couldn’t avast for a better. Recommend highly.

The front desk was great, but the room was dirty from the air condition blowing dirt in the air. The filter need changing. On top of that the shower wall tiles were missing. There was two big holes where the ADA bars were located. The day that I was going to check out I went to have breakfast to come back to my room at 9:13am the clean up service put everything that was not in my bags into the trash. My waters, food, work and clothes. I went to see the manager to ask what time is check out and he replied noon. He apologize and said he could not replace anything and he can’t comp my room because it was paid through a third party. I appreciate your responds.

We were given a handicap room? It was very big but smelled terrible! Very musty mildew smell and in bathroom would get a whiff of sh**.

Breakfast was great. My son has selective eating challenges and he absolutely loved the apple-cinnamon waffle and commented sadly that it's only a seasonal flavor. The room was sparkling clean. They didn't have enough staff, though, so requests for bedding for the pull-out sofa in the suite took a long time to be fulfilled. The staff were super helpful and polite, the hotel just needs to hire more of them.

We love this hotel and have stayed here several times for our anniversary. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly, hot breakfast is delicious, the pool and fitness room are in good condition, the patio is a great place to relax - we ate lunch there one day, the location is convenient to venues, restaurants, stores and banks, it is located in a nice part of town, plus the hotel has a screen of pretty magnolias and other trees around it that block road noise and make it beautiful.
The carpet in our room was getting a little old and musty. But we still enjoyed our stay and we will come back. I have such good memories here from our many trips, and I know they work hard to keep it in good condition. It’s such a pleasure to stay here!

Great for business travel, accommodating staff, clean and spacious room. I was told the refrigerator had a freezer, but it did not. However, the staff made sure I was able to put my frozen items in a staff freezer. Thank you!

This was a decent spot for a quick weekend trip with our kids. Main complaint was that the shower did not drain well and room was not restocked — no tissues, empty body wash in shower, empty soap at the sink.

My stay was wonderful. Nice and peaceful. The only thing I didn’t like was guest smoking at the back entrance and I had to walk thru their smoke to come in the door.

Mostly everything was really good, but the towels smelled like bleach and the caulking around the bathtub is cracked. Love that you don't come in and replace the towels daily, thanks for the sustainability action there. Would love to see compostable silverware and cups.

Staff was excellent. Room could’ve been cleaner. Linens had stains on them. That was the only negative. Everything else was great!
