Average stay. Last time i came the clerk initially attempted to charge me $125 for a week night then after I declined the reservation she lowered it to $110. thank goodness through hotels.com I only paid about $84.

This Ramada is not in the best part of town, a bit run down, but I didn’t feel unsafe there. Other reviews mentioned that their breakfast closes too early, so we went earlier. Sad to say, but the only things they had were mini muffins and waffles. I approached the front desk to tell them the coffee was out as well as the waffle batter😳. Their only response was “sorry I don’t have a key to that supply closet”. This was a Sunday morning, with 1 1/2 hours left of breakfast service.

Everything about the stay was terrible. This has been the worst hotel experience so far. Used hotels.com for first time and this will be last time too.
- Broken luggage cart
- Rude staff
- The hotel kept running the fire alarm for 3 hours giving the reason there was an inspection. If so, we should be notified about it at the time of booking itself.
- The shower/toilets lock wont work.
- Breakfast facility was below par.
- Overall everything about this hotel was nothing but worst.

Got what I expected being on the lesser expensive side of things. Rooms could use some updating, but they aren’t bad either for the rate. Bed was actually the highlight of you like a softer mattress, which I do, it was great.

The front desk staff was amazing! The room was perfect for my husband and I for an overnight stay. Should we come back to Fresno in the future, we will most definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and in perfect order upon arriving to our room. Thank for you for your hospitality!

The room was very run down. The carpet was badly stained, the light switch in the bathroom was filthy and the bed linens were stained. The previous guest's washcloth was hanging on the shower bar and there was no mat or non-skid strips in the tub.

While I was in town for business, the internet was down for most of the evening. Additionally, the TV was not working during my visit. The heater emitted a smell that indicates the filter needs to be changed..

It was god friendly respect that the do not desturb sign was up they didn’t bother I left it 2 days straight and the 3 day I took it off and they showed up took care of everything tv stopped working at night when I left in the morning for some breakfast they asked if it was ok to fix it I said sure got back good to go I was pleased

Stayed here twice while visiting from out of town. Convenient location. Close to food, 99, and waterpark. Also short drive to riverwalk shops and theatre. Pretty quiet, staff friendly, continental breakfast good and they have a waffle maker.

Pictures much better than reality. Breakfast was VERY LAME - shows hot pans and fruit (you assume in hot pans eggs/bacon/sausage) BUT NONE AVAILABLE. Wear to facility is high - get a maintenance person!

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Hotel was nice and quiet. Small negatives: An uncomfortable shower due to a bad shower head and sandpaper bath towels. Breakfast was in desperate need of some protein: waffles, cereal and sweet rolls give me the tremors.

The hotel should have been good. The room was a good size, the mattress was comfortable and the mirror was clean. However no maintenance has been done and the place is in bad shape. Nothing works properly and the bathroom is terrible. The staff underwhelming. Too bad to let a hotel fall into disrepair like that.

I picked this hotel based on star ratings - I travel a lot for work and stay in a variety of places and hotels. This was by far the grossest, dirtiest, sketchiest hotel and location I have ever stayed in. First, we were given a room that WREAKED of cigarette smoke and called front desk to ask for non-smoking room as me and my husband have bad asthma, they said all rooms were non-smoking. But they were nice and were able to switch our room. I feel bad for anyone who has to work here - this hotel should be condemned. The rooms had sticky floors, holes in window screens, bb gun holes in windows. And stains galore! d

We stayed there for a night and arrived late at around 11 pm. There was no hand soap at all and the toiled was partially clogged making gurgling sounds for minutes every-time you flush. In the morning after my husband had a shower few mins later we saw dirty toilet water backing in the bath tub- so disgusting. We are never coming back to this or any other Ramada hotel.

Honestly it needs an overhaul of cleaning. The room was dirty, the sheets had stains on them, we checked for bed bugs because we were concerned overall. Thankfully no bed bugs. We didn't shower in the shower because it was dirty. We wore our shoes while walking around in the room because the floors were so dirty. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and the check in was easy. The breakfast room was messy and not cleaned well.

It was close to 100 degree outside yet their ice machine was out of order. Their refrigerator was not cold. Floors felt sticky from whatever solution that was used to mop it.
Breakfast variety was limited. Danish look stale, took one but end throwing in the garbage because it tasted exactly how it looked. yuck!!
