They were rude and refused my payment when Ramada north took my same card not problem.

poop stains on the toilet when we got there from the previous person who booked the room. when talked to the front desk they just shrugged it off and nothing was done yo make it right I had to clean the stains on the toilet to use it. I felt disgusting to the point I almost had to book another room

The morning clerk didn't offer breakfast or an alternative at 10:06 am. I was disappointed that the meal was witheld.

I could not stay there because we had a pet & they are not pet friendly, however they were when we stayed there 4 months ago. They changed there policy and I need a refund

Homeless people were back of our window. No screens on the windows! room smelled like weed! Disgusting!!

advertised breakfast- when I asked about it first morning, was handed a paper bag with a bottle of water, package of crackers, and a cookie.. Seriously?!?!? Stay was for Summer Football practice and breakfast was a big factor in choice of where to stay.

Hoodlums muck walking halls yelling screaming slamming doors partying at 1:30 in the morning. Complained by phone and personally to staff to no reprieve. Worst hotel experience ever.
Everything! Hotel fraud represents having a pool. Not a pool. Actually a hot tub sized kiddie pool. Fake advertising. In a bad area near freeway with drunk druggie hanging in parking lot. Gross! Unsafe scary. Fraud not as represented

Room old and in poor repair. Breakfast was a bottle of water, two cookies and a nut bar. Floor repaired with duct tape.
