The facility is nice. However, there were hairs in the bathtub.
Also, a bigger concern is I was charged twice for a pet fee ($25.00 x 2) for one pet. I stopped at the desk the next morning to see if one charge could be removed but my online app does not show a credit yet. Hopefully it will show up soon.

Front desk staff at check-in was doing a great job. Attended to our needs that were missing in the room when we arrived. I thought the service was nice but on the first morning of our stay, breakfast option was only scrambled egg and potatoes. No meat was served. The carpet needs to be updated. It looks dirty and showing a lot of age.

I waited for a long time to check in, not realizing the one staff member was away from the desk helping another guest. Biggest complaint is no soap of any kind in the bathroom. I wanted to wash my hands after using the bathroom, but instead had to dig through my own bag to find soap.

The bedrooms were smelling of kinda paint. It caused headache for everyone.
Although the property is non smoking, people are allowed to smoke within 10 feet of property right next to breakfast eating area. Management doesn’t seem to care.

Quick overnight stay. Quick check in. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast simple but good. Room was quiet if you don't count ignorant guests letting their did slam all night lol. For a simple and reasonably priced stay, would recommend.

The Staff was helpful but not very friendly. They need to be friendlier to make you feel welcomed!

This place was okay, nice and clean. But what I didn't like was in the shower there were no shelves for any toiletries, soap etc. And no place to hang a towel for when you get out of the shower. Just had to lay it on the floor and be ready for you there.

I am not sure how this hotel received the 8.8 rating which it did and is why we chose to stay there. Outside area very nice. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work. At breakfast there was no hot water for for anything which required it, like tea, oatmeal, hot chocolate, etc. We wanted something sweet after dinner and paid $3 for 1 Klondike bar, major rip off. Overall this hotel just looks tired and worn out.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We had our pet with us and the sliding doors off our room was a very nice convenience for taking her out for walks.

Great spot for preparing a trip to the canyon. The room air conditioning was awe full - it had a plexi cover which forced the air directly on you in bed and it was difficult to turn the unit off. It was so loud it was hard to sleep

We were there for only one night, but we had a great stay. The gentleman checking us in was very nice and welcoming. Very honest people, I had left my cell phone on the counter and didn’t realize it for about an hour. Went downstairs and he had it waiting for me, thank you. Room was very clean, has 2 TVs, and a huge plus was the separate living room area away from the bed. Super convenient that the room had a sink and cold refrigerator. Super close to horseshoe bend, Lake Powell, and other points of interest. Would definitely stay here again.

I will avoid this hotel next time. The cockroaches showed up in my room twice. When I asked the front desk to take care of it, the first thing he said was that it was my fault because I opened my patio gate. Excuse me? And the pillows under the cases were covered with stains. When I checked out of the hotel, the front desk did not honor the phone conversation agreement about the pet fee and blamed me again for letting the roaches in. Wow, what a lovely place!

Room was so big! Two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in a separate room with a couch made for a perfect getaway while my husband was sleeping

The staff seemed put out when checking in. The room was clean, but pieced together with old/damaged furniture and irregular pillows. I liked the convince of the hotel to horseshoe bend and restaurants. However, I felt unsafe staying on the ground floor.

Hotel was nice the first day. Second day not tonight seems like there’s no meter no towels, head ass three time for towels broken coffee pot when they brought the towels late that night at 11 o’clock they only brought me two I checked down no towels for the trash. But the desk people are really nice
