Location is good. Hotel room we had was clean, some things just need updating. Sink barely drained.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable. Walls are paper thin. Parents yelling at kids and girls volleyball team in hallway and room next door. Dont put couples next to that comotion.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and honors our particular request.Good selections for breakfast and the fresh fruits are definitely a bonus. This hotel is also pet-friendly. Definitely will choose this hotel again when visit Canal Park.

We had a short weekend getaway with friends and family and it was convenient and comfortable for the price

Room was clean, although small. Staff was rude. Price was higher than I think it should have been. Ill probably stay at "the suites" next time. Better amenities, bigger rooms, and the staff is always nice when I stay there.

The place looks nice, offers very friendly staff and a good breakfast. The downside of this place is that it was very noisy. Our room was near the stairs and the elevator was down so the door slamming all night kept us up. The walls are paper thin I could hear conversations and sneezes from the room next door as if they were in the same room as us. Maybe other rooms are less noisy. This was room 300 so if possible ask to be relocated if you are assigned this room. Also in the morning we had a few prank knocks from kids roaming the halls. We were awake so didn't make a big deal about it.

We have stayed here many times to attend Bentleyville and it is by far our favorite place to stay. Super quiet yet kid and dog friendly and withon walking distance of so many restaurants and attractions

Pretty nice hotel overall. The beds were too hard for me but other than that it was adequately clean, and the breakfast seemed plentiful.

We went to to Duluth for a getaway.
We always wanted to go to Bentleyville, and also included the Glensheen mansion Christmas tour. The staff were friendly and helpful. And breakfast and breakfast staff were great!

Only thing we did not like was, we were on 2nd floor, could hear all the walking or running around the room above us.

Beautiful setting on the shore of Lake Superior. Canal park area is full of eating venues, museums, and unique stores. Great place for walking or biking along the lake. Facility is in great condition and the staff is helpful and kind. King bed very comfortable and clean. Excellent view out our window.

The hotel is nice and in a great location right on the water. The only issues we had were the loud kids above our room. Jumping and running the halls from 6am until checkout. And the dog that was barking right outside our room. (Dog friendly hotel) these issues are not the hotels fault but just made it hard to sleep inn!

The facility is right in the center of all of the things we planned to enjoy in Duluth, especially the canal harbor area. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and only took our car to remote attractions. We loved being right on the water, and when the weather was too cold to walk over to the harbor, we could watch ships approach from our hotel room window. We would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return.

We were there for my daughters visit to UMD. Hampton is a solid go-to every time we go to Duluth. Consistently clean, friendly, and is in a great location.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! We were having trouble logging in on my husbands computer and the staff offered advice and tried to walk us through connecting….they took the extra ti it took to help!

Spend $550 a night for a hotel room an ok hotel room that had a smell and the thermostat was broken with nobody around to fix it. It was probably 85-90 degrees in there so we slept for about 20 seconds

Good lord it was so noisy sounds like 20 people running a marathon in the hallways and in the room above us for the money not worth it

Excellent location for a stay in Duluth, very close to a wide selection of restaurants. Museums and shopping nearby. Very clean hotel, we had great view overlooking Lake Superior from our room.
