Great location right near the beach! Cool building and easy parking and check-in. We loved the sauna and outdoor area!

This is a unique place to stay that is a refurbished train station. It is in a very convenient area, which is right next to the lake and accessible to everything in Canal Park as well as close to downtown. Included in our stay were a few coupons for a free beer at one of a few nearby places, which was very nice. Although they have a virtual front desk, they are responsive to issues via phone and texting.

Great place and the location can't be beat. The room was spotless, I loved the nespresso machine,the bed was super comfortable and it was nice to be able to sit outside and relax on the patio. It was however, a little weird to wake up Saturday morning to a yoga class going on right outside our window. I suggest definitely bringing an eyemask as the blinds do NOT shut out the light. I also wish the rooms had some cutlery and more glasses. The nightly texts reminding us of quiet time also felt a bit instrusive. All in all, however, it was a great place to stay.

We just stayed in Room #2 from July 2-4th 2023. I honestly do not have enough wonderful things to say about our experience. The location is perfect. It's directly beside canal park lodge, right on the boardwalk area.you can park your vehicle in your assigned parking spot with us fabulous and never drive the entire stay if you like. Everything you need is definitely in walking distance. There are a few things you should know before booking. Room #1 faces the outdoor firepit. Room #1 use the same entrance. Rooms #3,#4,#5 use the other entrance. Everything is key coded so make sure you write it down somewhere. There is a barrel sauna on the deck. It works fabulous, takes a bit to heat up but we used it every day. There's cornhole to play on the deck as well as multiple sitting areas. This is a very old building full of charm and character and one thing that comes with old buildings is noise. There's a noise restriction at 10pm and you literally have to whisper if you're out at the firepit later than that. Your voices will carry and Room #1 has their windows facing it. This is the same with the cornhole game. It's loud. You can hear the bean bags hitting the deck outside your window or hitting the target. These things did not bother us at all. We expected the noise and I think if you're staying in canal park you should expect noise. I would not recommend staying here if you have small children and are worried about them sleeping. Especially on the 4tn of July weekend.

Really awesome little stay in Duluth, MN - it is a perfect stay for 1-2 people and close to everything in Canal Park. The property managers are readily available via text and very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent location and fun place to stay.

Even though they dont have people on site there is great communication on checking in and out. They are concerned with your stay. The room is clean , bed is extremely comfortable , conveniently located, quiet area, great parking

Loved the price, location and quaintness of the Endion Station. Attention to housekeeping could be improved and privacy/darkening blinds in some rooms needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I had suite 1 for the lake view. It was a beautiful view

Bed was comfortable TV was lousy, the couch and sitting area was horrible. Could've been a lot better but all in all we enjoyed the stay would stay again, but they need improvement on seating.

Bed needed flipping and lamps by the bed. Overshot price point for property when value of next door options are compared.

Uncomfortable bed. Tv above the couch. Couch really uncomfortable. No place to sit your suitcase except on floor. No place to hang towels. Stuff in shower but not labeled so no idea what. No shelf in shower. Two old hair clips on shower curtain that were rusty so they had been there for a while. No lighter to light fire pit. Light bulb burned out in sauna. Broken chairs on patio. People cutting across patio, yard and alley all night. Lights shining into room 1 are ridiculous. When you are in bed your head is basically on the baseboard heater. Check-in information is supposed to be sent out seven days in advance. Good luck. They changed the doors our the day we were there and didn’t notify us after we checked in. Gave the people in room two our door codes and told them they were in one. Came back at 11pm to a door that our key didn’t fit. No email, text nothing. Next morning taking the stuff to our car they locked us out of the room at 10:15. Luckily I had my phone We love canal park and thought when we saw this on Expedia let’s give it a try. We walk by it often but for the price, the complete lack of usable amenities (not even ice) and the poor customer service and really uncomfortable beds we can’t recommend.

This is a great place to stay. Very convenient to everything. Room #1 is great, great view. The street light is on until 2 AM right outside the window, if you need complete darkness you might want to cover the top window. We really enjoyed our stay.

It would have been nice to know there was a race ending right outside. It was not pleasing to wake up to that!

Awesome place to stay! Close to everything in Canal Park, and a historic place to boot.

Great location, convenient parking, clean room. Room 5 has a nice mix of lake and city view on the balcony.
