Overall the stay was comfortable. However the hotel was just lacking in basic amenities. There were no microwaves in the room, no vending machines, and the ice machine on our floor was broken as was one of the elevators. The hotel itself sold some food and beverages, but a 20oz soda was $5!

Extremely dissatisfied. Partying and fighting in the hallways all night. No response from the hotel and the police were eventually called. Very disturbing

This was our third stay at this property. We have returned to the area many times and have settled into this particular property as it is convenient as a center for our local travels offering many restaurant options nearby. While most of the staff are friendly and efficient, it seems that the hotel is chronically understaffed with professionalism varying widely. Probably time to renovate and provide continuous training for staff. We did find that the manager and several of his staff have been friendly, efficient and very helpful.
The small in-house cafe should be manned on a regular basis with hours posted. Having once tended bar, I think using the automated drink maker is a mistake.
Worth noting that in an earlier visit we experienced a fire alarm, not a test, in the wee hours of the morning. Once outside in the cold, no information was shared by staff, and when the truck pulled away, that signaled the all clear. Develop a communications plan to keep guests informed.

The staff was very helpful and kind. This location was great for my stay. The only thing I wish was a bit different was a selection of breakfast. When you stay for a week the options become a bit repetitive.

There were unruly guest like 8 to a room that stayed up smoking marijuana and listening to very loud music, running through the hall and slamming doors. Told the hotel staff "whatever" when he asked them to quiet down. No sleep!!!

On of the worst places ever. No microwave in the room and not every floor has an ice machine. The elevator sucked... Almost got stuck on there twice. The bed should be 2 queen beds and they were two full size beds .They also were sooo uncomfortable and hard. My parents room window was leaking and had my dad clothes soaked. Paid for a top floor room and was told there wasn't anything available for me because I booked through a third party (hotels.com). They only had three luggage carts. And when checking out it took an hour to leave because no one knew where a cart was. I had to go out by the garbage to get a cart. Also my best friend had a room too and her husband ended up having blood on the other side of his pillow meaning the they didn't clean properly. When she called down the front desk lady told her just put it outside the room with no apology. She got it reseolved eventually.

The lobby, breakfast, and rooms were amazing. Super clean, well kept, and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful in each interaction. The one downfall was the pool, we didn't feel like the pictures matched reality. The pool deck was clean but the pool itself had a really gritty chlorine composition and the temp was fairly chilly. Somewhat disappointing since we came to swim with our friends but otherwise the entire stay was perfect.

We were here over Thanksgiving as it was coinvent to family. Hotel is pretty standard. Breakfast is adequate but average. Gym is small, so used the treadmills a few times. Rooms are spacious and allowed me to work remotely. Overall it's an OK hotel (could use some love/updating), but it was really conveniently located for our plans. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

The fitness room at the hotel was just the right temperature for workouts. Theu kept it cool, but not cold which i think is a great environment for workouts.

Overall this hotel was average. The breakfast in the morning was so packed at all times that food and coffee often ran out and you had to ask the staff to restock. There were several times that the staff were rude when you asked. The food was mediocre. We did utilize the bar and the mixed drinks came from a machine. They honestly were gross. Beer was $10 a bottle! Ridiculous!
The room was good. No real complaints other than the bed killing our back and the musty smell in the room. Kids loved the pool and we liked how close the hotel was to the city and different things around the area. Would we stay here again? Maybe if we couldn’t find something else. But it wouldn’t be my first pick.

This is a nice property in a great area with lots of shopping and eateries close by. The included breakfast had lots of food options, our room was clean, and linens were provided when requested.
Our only complaint was that the restroom area was VERY small. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, and you had to shimmy around it to get out without getting stuck or banging into the glass shower door! This got to be a major hassle.

Well, it was our anniversary and a last minute trip, but I at least expected a clean room. It may have been "cleaned", but not satisfactorily. The carpets were stained and the bathroom was not only as small as a broom closet, but the tile flooring was lifting. There were also stains all over the room's carpet, indicating an "attempt" had been made to clean up "accidents". This property needs to seriously considering taking up all of the carpet throughout the rooms and halls or have a much needed deep cleaning. Also, they may want to consider designating a certain block of rooms as "pet friendly". It's not so friendly to patrons who wish to not see stains left by a pet. Ughhhhh!!
