The hotel reception team were amazing . Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Friendly , efficient and wonderfully kind. This team made my stay perfect.

The room was ok, but very small. Two persons could not pass eachother. There was a lot of noise from the trafic on the outside, even with the window closed. The breakfast room had not capacity to serve all guests. The food was ok and the staff was friendly and hard working, but due to shortage of staff, some of the trays was empty. Location not far from Victoria station is convenient.

We were in a basement room which was quite musty. The hotel location is good, and perhaps the upper floors don't smell musty. Bathroom is very small.

Walking distance from Victoria station

the property was nice. Rooms were small for 3 people. Found out property was missing when we got home. Called and they denied the missing items.

Not gorgeous but good enough for traveling alone and just staying. I spent four nights. Location is super nice and cozy. Staffs are friendly and kind. Quality for the price is super nice too.

10 minute walk from Victoria station and being able to access all areas of London from there. The street is nice and quiet with places to eat nearby. The hotel room was tiny. Price didn’t include breakfast which was £18 pp so we didn’t bother. Furnishings in lobby were tired looking/stained. But staff were very polite and helpful! All in all good value for money given the location.

Single room booked to stay close for overtime work shift. Great room, all clean and tidy. Plenty of hot shower and a poweful great shower. I had a great nights sleep in a very comfy single bed.

Decent property in a good section

A nice hotel, value for money. Surrounding area is quiet. Several minutes to go to the closest train station.

Stayed here for a last minute business trip. Was upgraded from a small single room to a double on arrival. Basement level room was a decent size, bed was comfortable and considering I slept with the window slightly open, it wasn't too noisy. Conveniently located a 15 min walk from Westminster. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Will definitely stay here again next time I need a room in the area. Only negative point was a small leak from a bathroom tap, but reception were made aware.

Great place to stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, and right next to Pimlico underground station. Close to Victoria station and wide range of shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighbourhood so you'll have a great night's sleep. So happy we found this gem.

Didn't like - no Air Conditioning

The room was very small so considering what I paid I guess I was paying for the location. There is no air conditioning so I would not want to be there during a heatwave. The property was well-maintained and the front desk employees were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Pimlico Station is nearby and the #24 bus stops just up the street. The #24 will take you to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and the West End theatres.

Worst place ever stay

Like - Front desk staff Rupeesh is very professional and outstanding. Others Ms Adfnan and Helen, they are both helpful. The reason behind a happy stay is the Front Desk Staff.

Room extremely small, super hot, no AC, no fridge, no ice, hair dryer was not working, carpet very dirty.

Located at a quite neighborhood, but walk distance to Big Ben, London Eye, and Thames river cruise. The breakfast is good, and the staff is very attentive. There are a couple of good restaurants right by the hotel, as well as a mart that opens until quite late. We have a family room with three single beds which fit my two teenage boys and I comfortably. Shower is hot with great water pressure. The only complaint is the tiny shower and the even smaller sink. It is a struggle to wash my face in the sink without splashing water to my pants. We are used to small European hotel rooms, but such a narrow sink is quite unusual. Other than that, we are satisfied with our stay.

Access to Yosemite was very good, and we paid half of what accommodations marginally closer to the park entrance would charge. The motel offers no view, so it is just a place for a good nights sleep, and some basic food. With plenty of parking. In all, this was all we asked for!

The transportation is very convenient and is easy to get to the attractions. Bus 24 and underground are very close to the hotel. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable but the toilet is a little bit smelly.

The hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria train, coach and tube station. There are restaurants like O Sola Mio a two minute walk away and shops close by. It was a little noisy at times and needs a bit of updating but overall it was clean, comfortable, convienient to get places, with very nice and helpful staff

Decent location and price

It was ok for a night. The drain was slow in the bathroom for the family room downstairs. There is not a drop of complimentary water at this hotel so make sure to take a bottled water there. Had it not been for how nice the women at the kitchen were in giving us a glass of water, I would’ve rated poorly.

Great, Victoria Station is just up the street, for Tube, and Gatwick Express trains

Great hotel to stay when going for a show in London. Nice people. Good local pubs and places to eat.

Nice enough hotel for the price. Room was cold in the night and the heater did not work. Kettle also wouldn’t stay on. Generally ok though, bed was comfy enough
