Staff very friendly & helpful. Good bus route just outside the property & 5 minute walk from Pimlico Underground. Cafes nearby for breakfast.

Centrally located, clean and well-maintained. Managers /innkeepers very helpful in giving suggestions to restaurants, sights, transportation, etc. around London.

Very helpful staff! Didn’t like the lack of a elevator

Lovely location in quiet neighborhood of Pimlico. Easy access to all of London without the headache of too many noisy merrymakers and holiday crowds. Staff was superb and friendly. Room was comfortable. There are several flights of stairs and no lift, so be wary if you've packed large luggage. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in London.
