It was a pleasure to rent this home. As a family of 5 there was plenty of room to spread out. Furnishings were very comfortable and home is equipped with everything we needed. The water view was a real treat. Spent a lot of time on the deck. Pool and tennis courts were well maintained. Owner was always responsive and helpful.

Nice location. Comfortable property but downstairs is musty smelling and dehumidifier is running constantly. Owner is very easy to work with.

Condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Deck overlooking breathtaking views with lovely Adirondack swivel/rocking chairs and table to enjoy your meals. We watched sunrises and sunsets from deck. Fully equipped kitchen. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had beautiful weather the week we stayed and look forward to staying here next year.

The property manager has been quick to repond to any queries we had and was very accommodating of our requests. The property is located between Edgartown and oak Bluffs with quick 10 min commute by car. Having the bikes available at the house made it easy for us to explore.
However the house can comfortably sleep only 8 people due to the size of the beds. Even with two people sleeping on the couch we didn't have enough room for our party of 12.
