The staff at the hotel are incredible! They made our stay! The hotel needs a couple of upgrades but the location is perfect.

Great location. There was a festival going on while we were there and there was constant fireworks and parades. The windows were double paned so you couldn’t even tell anything was going on outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful with what things to see and restaurants to go to.

The location is excellent. Easy walking distance from the metro station serving airport. Old town close. I even walked to the the City of Arts and Sciences.
On arrival I asked a room that is not noisy and it was said so. It turned out that the room 107 was probably the noisiest in the hotel. A restaurant terrace almost below and dumpsters being empied at all hours. And windows not isolationg noise at all. Inside, room doors constatly banging very loudly (a group of friends in separate rooms going back and forth). I did not sleep much.
It was not possible to change rooms until the next day. Then I got room 503. It was like a different hotel, nice and quiet, although rather small. So if you don't like noise, be sure not to get a room on the first floor facing the street.

The location and proximity to city central. The water in the lobby and amazing scent of the lobby. Very comfortable and inviting. Wonderful staff.

Right in the awesome historic old town. 11 minute from train station we took Renfe Ave from Madrid. Extremely walkable area to many shops and restaurants.
The gym downstairs is usable, a bike, treadmill, some dumbells , dumbell bench.

no heat in rooms, with visit in march. no gym as advertised. beds provided not as advertised or reserved. when we mentioned this the clerk suggested this was our problem, not the hotels. will never stay there again!

Fab location & excellent breakfast choice however our bedroom 604 had an awful smell from toilet . We had to close door at night it was toxic & fowl. We informed reception on 3 mornings of this, it wasn’t resolved

Great location but more 3* than 4* - bathroom really dated - slowest-draining bath ever and overhead shower needs updating. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Bit of an issue with hotel taking money from card which was only given as a 'holding' card on booking - fortunately now had a full refund on that.

Great, helpful staff. They gave us a very helpful introduction to the area and location, and were very helpful looking after our bags at the end of the stay. The location is excellent and rooms comfortable and clean.

The hotel itself is good, rooms are good and the room service menu looked extensive but I didn’t order anything. We didn’t have breakfast. Good for a weekend. The best thing is the location, the hotel is perfectly situated and super close to all the sights in Valencia! Would recommend based on the price point and location.

Room was very clean. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room when we arrived. I had to ask then they came with no milk. Only a little thing I know but I was desperate for a cup of tea! The hotel is in a great location. Easy to travel around the city by public transport. Number 19 bus takes you to the beach. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful
