Friendly, welcoming staff. Convenient location. Discovered a pair of worn socks in our room when we checked in, and one towel had either a burn (from an iron?) or stain and needed replaced. Otherwise, room was quiet and comfortable.

I was very disappointed that my room hadn’t been vacuumed or the bathroom swept & mopped. From crumbs, earrings, broken acrylic nails, and hair everywhere in the bathroom…I asked for more towels just to make a path from my bed to the bathroom. The pool water was very cloudy & lots of oil was sitting on top of the water. I always try to stay at this brand because of the cleanliness, but I was definitely disappointed on this go round.

Staff was very friendly I believe Christine was at the front desk, she made me and my son very welcomed also the gentleman at the breakfast bar was very nice and friendly!

We love Hamtpon. It's our go to hotel anytime we can. This king with sofa suite was the smallest room we've ever had at a Hampton. It was clean and updated. Breakfast was good but missing many things we have come to enjoy when staying at Hamptons, like boiled eggs, yogurt etc. Eveything else was nice. The laundry machines were clean and worked well. I'd stay here again. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns on our road trip. They always seem updated, clean and comfortable. Linen's clean and fresh. Bed's comfortable. I would suggest night lights in the bathrooms of all of your hotels.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast, while very good, didn't offer alot of choices. The room was clean and when I told the front desk (Cori was her name😊) that we had a light flashing, it was taken care of quickly. The pool was clean and the ph was checked while we were there at least 2 times that I seen. Once the evening we arrived and the following morning. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Ice bucket not empty.Water from previous guest was still inside. Loose tile on corner of wall at floor level was laying on carpet. Side entrance card entry was out of order.

Every single staff member I encountered (5) went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and polite. Nicely furnished hotel, very clean, spacious comfortable room. Hotel has it all.

Was ok ,ceiling falling in a lot of places. Breakfast was very good. Workers were very nice. Was charged 2 times for rooms and still waiting on our money to get back in our account. It was Christmas money. Like staying there because it’s close to our sons and their families. So very convenient.

Just needed a place to stop for the night on a road trip. This hotel was an amazing surprise! The nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in forever. Everything looked new…carpets, furnishings, wall coverings… beautiful bathroom with large walk in shower with glass doors. Bonus, Texas Roadhouse was a one minute walk.

We ran into car trouble heading home and stayed in Dayton/ Huber Heights at the Hampton Inn and it was wonderful.
Pleasant and friendly staff, very clean lobby and the room was great. Good nights sleep, comfy bed and pillows, spacious and quiet. Would stay again.
Convenient… several restaurants in walking distance.

I checked in room 222 lamplight was out also TV didn't work the young lady from the front desk came up to my room to try and fix the TV and she was nice enough to give us another room 328 thanks to the front desk employee.

Lovely property and very quiet and clean.
Only drawback, front desk check-in was less than "welcoming." Even though no one else was around, got the feeling the staff person had "better things to do" other than check us in. After an 8 hour drive, a smile would have been appreciated.

This property is not just horrible but I will say when staying it was a lot of things wrong with my room number 1 being the window shade it was so dark in my room and to top it off the swimming pool was not up and running that was the whole reason for the hotel and what makes it so bad I called ahead of time to confirm and make sure me personally I wouldn’t return but it’s not the worse

Lots of problems at check in as i booked in early August and hotel said payment from hotels.com was rejected. After a hour or so it was resolved and i was finally allowed to check in. Hotel was clean. Traffic around it was horrible. Cigarette smoke came in our room daily from designated area in front by our room. Definate vibe from staff if you tried to greet them not sure why.
