This was a comfortable place to stay. Staff were nice, breakfast was ok. Would stay again. The hotel was hard to find, more signs are needed.

2nd time i stayed here and both times its been an amazing stay...quiet, very comfortable beds and the staff all the way from the house keeping to the mgr are the best ever. No complaints and the lady in the breakfast area is such a wonderfil employee and she is always smiling and is always happy. WTG BEST WESTERN...YOU GOT A TRUE BLUE WINNING TEAM AT THIS LOCATION !!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful! The room AC unit had a fan rattle every time it started. All the exterior doors that were supposed to open only with room keys, were all taped open so security was non existent! The room we were in was right next to an exterior door, ice and drink machines; so was very noisy. All in all, it was okay…

A good, clean room with a good bed. The refrigerator had a freezer, allowing me to recharge my reusable ice packs. This saves having to deal with water ice. There was a killer breakfast.

This property is not worth the money! There was duct tape over the exterior entry doors which means they did not lock. This did not give a sense of security whatsoever. The towels appeared clean but smelled like fish and when we turned the shower exhaust fan on it sounded like metal in a blender. Very disappointed in the cost VS quality. Would not recommend at all

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfy that all of us slept through the night. Breakfast was so good! All staff members were super nice!

Our pillows were covered in hair upon arrival. The front desk staff was very friendly and immediately went and got us new pillows. The floor beside the bed had not been vacuumed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

The handicap showers in the king rooms are impossible. And friends heat did not work properly

Hotel was conveniently located off of the interstate and close to fast food places and reasonably priced gas stations. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The first night the people in the room next door were loud so it was hard to sleep but the next night they were quiet and it was much better. Staff was excellent. Great breakfast too.

I Didn’t like the idea of the outside doors not working! Seems like a safety issue to me,I don’t like this at all.I WILL have second thoughts about staying there again if they don’t get them fixed so you have to use your room card to get in! Otherwise the room and bathroom were great,the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was Awesome!! Great Stay!!

This is a convenient location (right off freeway) next to a Cracker and Barrel. There are ample parking spaces (well lit at night) and we did not have any problem to park our RV. The breakfast is very good. We got a room facing the freeway initially and could not get to sleep due to the road noise. I went to the front desk at mid-night and the staff switched us to a room facing the parking lot which was much quieter. We really appreciated the accommodation we received.

Our first queen room did not have any sheets on one of the beds and we had to change rooms. Then we were given a key that would not work in the lock. The desk attendant was very nice and apologized. The hotel outside is getting run down but the room was clean and beds comfortable.

The property is creepy. We arrived at 6pm and the lobby lights were off. Why? The staff was nice but not welcoming. I had to say hello and greet them. Our room was in a different building that was supposed to have room key access but the door was being held open by tape. Our room was on the first floor and anyone could have come onto our balcony. We had flies in our room - multiple. And, my favorite part was you had to nearly break the handle or your hand to flush the toilet. The rooms looked updated, but the place is not well kept. I really don’t see how they have such a high rating. Should have listened to the bad reviews that said basically the same thing.

The tube didn’t drain properly, so while you was taking a shower you was standing in water. The bathroom vent fan was loud and the television did not have very many channels.

This hotel was older and that showed - there weren't a lot of outlets, everything showed it's wear a bit (for example, vanity in bathroom was badly cracked). That being said, the hotel was clean, breakfast was decent and I felt safe. Plus the bed was comfortable (though the pillows were kind of small) and that is always a plus.

some contractors had dumped clumps of dry mud right at hall entrance and around Room 214 I tried to tell the lady at the desk She really didi not listen. no housekeeping there in hallways at 8 am. either day

Great little gem right off the highway. Very clean, our room had a small balcony with a mountain view. Breakfast was good, with lots of options.
