Outdated but looks like they might be starting renovations. Parking for for airport is not included, $10/night which is misleading. Many more convenient hotels have free parking offered.

Generally pleasant stay. Stayed through the eclipse. Wifi was okay, throughput was spotty at times. Would stay here again.

Average hotel. The front desk person didn’t seem like she wanted to be there but nonetheless, quick check in and check out. Pool was decent sized. Didn’t use it cause we didn’t have time. Would have been more inclined to if a hot tub was available. Breakfast was ok had items like sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal etc. overall room was clean but toilet seat was a little discolored. 3-4 stars I’d rate it overall. Next time would spend extra to get a nicer hotel

First off the front counter gal was very pleasant and helpful. However this hotel is filthy. I took photos let them know and nothing was done. We thankfully had some extra blankets and pillows that were ours. The photos are attached.. people shouldn’t have to clean things or be threatened full charge for filthy conditions.

The property is in good shape and looks fairly new. It is in a relatively quiet neighborhood across from a Duncan Donut shop. The bed and overall room was comfortable. They kept the breakfast stocked until 9 am with hot and cold options. There are several restaurants an exit or two away. We didn't use the pool but that area looked nice. We stayed Sunday till Wednesday and had no trouble finding a convenient parking space. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a room near that part of Pittsburgh.

We use to use this hotel a few years back anytime we were in the area. It has since become a little older and things are not kept up. The curtains in the room were not that clean. Rust spot on the top of curtain where the pull rod is attached. Curtain did not close all the way. Door had a lot of light coming through the hallway so room was not dark. If the light comes through sound will also travel more. Safety would be another concern with door.

The room was dirty - not vacuumed properly, the tub and sink were dirty, pillows and blankets also were stained. We only stayed two nights but we were really looking forward to checking out.

This was one of the nicest accommodations we've had in a long time. The room was lovely, great bed. Actually stayed an extra night with no issues. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay a fee because I booked online before getting here. It didn’t say that anywhere and I have never had this happen before, just weird. Overall, everyone is friendly, and stay was nice.

We were made to feel very welcome at the Comfort Suites. My husband and I had to take different flights into Pittsburgh ~ the hotel was very kind to offer a late check out due my very late arrival.

We enjoyed the welcoming front desk experience and the very comfortable beds. Thank you to Seri(sp?) who kindly allowed me to get a bagel after the breakfast just closed at 9:02 am. Thanks!

The bathroom was the least clean. Behind doors seem to be the most missed location. There was just normal dirt and hair on the floor. Shower was just barely gone over. The top covers of the beds were dirty as in hairs crumbs and other things. We just removed them and used the other covers.

Everything was fine but I rated lower because I was kind of annoyed that the property charged a $3.98 occupancy tax to my credit card without letting me know in advance. I had to call back to find out what that was. I don't know whose mixup that is (Expedia, the hotel... or something that changed that wasn't either place's fault) but I thought I should note it.

Traveled to Pittsburgh for a business trip. Comfort Suites was a great location, with close access to airport and interstate and restaurants. Room and facility was very accommodating for our stay.
