right off higheay.
emails stating wants for smoking room, told it was worked out, then got charged $100 for smoking. called asked about my refund, eas told of their rules even after explaining email.

The location is everything. I'm originally from the area & its close to the airport, a mall, & literally 15 mins to town. The staff was friendly enough & I didn't have any incidental fees.
The bathroom was FILTHY. There was hair in the bathroom & some disgusting sticky brown stuff running down the bathroom door into the carpet.It was piled up in one spot, it was gooey & disgusting. The hotel was full so there was no where for us to go. Its an older hotel & in need of a refresh. The parking lot is also very small. The smell of weed was horrible. The hotel can't control that but those should have been thrown out who felt the need to smoke. I'd never stay again

Upon check in the staff continued filling cups in the breakfast area & made us wait about 5 min to check in. Same person made pancakes for herself before guests next morning

No one came to clean my room and I stayed two nights . I also did not get fresh towels or linen

The crib had dried puke on it and there was no wheelchair available. The mirrors looked as if they were washed with a mop from the floor. Behind the TV center was so much dirt as behind the bathroom door was a dead spider. And guys don't sit on the toilet as your junk will touch everything. So gross and had to wash so much.

had some minor issues with the room. curtains were broken and dirty. towels are also very small

The location is close to a big mall with nice restaurants. The hotel offered breakfast but we didn't have time to check it out. The biggest reason for picking this hotel was the price of the room, the free shuttle to the airport, and cheap paid parking at the hotel while we were out town. The bed was comfortable and clean.
The shower could use some updating. The parking area that we had to park in for overnight parking was pointed toward a busy road and our vehicle windows were dirty when we returned from our trip but that is not the hotel's fault.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was exceptionally clean. Pool, perfect. Nice gym. Continental breakfast was good. All my wishes were granted. Great stay. Everything was great.

The shuttle to the airport was great. It was on time and the gentleman driving it was great.
The staff was pretty unfriendly when we were checking in.

Picked the location to be near the airport - no problems getting to and fro. Left too early for breakfast!

Motel is OK. The outside impression you get is very positive. Room was fine. Interesting that when we looked out the window the next morning there was a hill that went straight up……what an amazing view!
Chairs were on top of the eating surfaces in the breakfast area. Doesn’t seem like a good, sanitary idea.
It is certainly NOT very welcoming if you want to sit in the lobby—seeing all the chairs stacked up as you arrive.
Breakfast not that good compared to similar Choice motels. Needs more options.

The bed sheets wasn’t clean, the fridge had old food in and it also want clean. Also the room had a broken door and a few holes
