Booked this hotel specifically to be able to go swimming in the mornings & even tho there was a 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. sign on the pool we were told the pool is only open from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Not worth the price right there.) When we first arrived I spilled a little of my drink on the linoleum kitchen area floor, wiped it with a white towel & it was almost black from how dirty the floor was before we got there. Drank the s***** in-room coffee the first morning, found the hotel coffee maker in their little store & wanted to get it the 2nd morning but there wasn't any & no offer to make any, received another packet of s***** in-room coffee instead. The remote didn't work for the TV entirely either, you have to watch it in condensed small screen mode on an already small TV.
Pros-The bed was comfortable & the bedding & towels were fresh & clean. The employees were friendly & tried to be accommodating, but this hotel definitely needs better management.

the staff did a good job getting room ready for a slightly early check in & room seemed to be in decent shape upon checkout. where i give bad marks is when we went to leave we discovered some dead cockroaches in the bed sheets, which i found disgusting.

Absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Have been a long time IHG rewards member, but definitely not going back to an IHG hotel again. Check-in was at 4pm. Showed up at 3:50pm. Was told room wasn’t ready and for me to leave and come back at 4pm. Went to my car and walked back in 10 minutes later. Room somehow still wasn’t ready. Was put in a handicap room. Room was old and beat up. Just a small sink in the bathroom with no counter top to put hair dryer, etc. No Kleenex in the room. Was told they didn’t have any Kleenex or additional toilet paper because it wasn’t ordered. Was charged an additional $50 over the price I was quoted online. Was told it was a deposit that I would get back in 7-10 days. Why the hell do you need a deposit when I just paid for the room in full and you have my credit card information??? Went to complain when I checked out, and no one was at the front desk. Just had a small box for us to drop our room keys in. Absolutely terrible!!

Employees were good, carpet needs cleaning or replacement. Lobby could have been more inviting, having the morning coffee behind a locked door was unusual.

The entrance was not very welcoming. The front desk looked like it had been through a tornado. It was not very cleanlyness. There was stains everywhere. My shower did not drain. The TV was not properly working. The room keys did not work. The first two times did not feel safe at times because of banging racket in the middle of the night did not have window covers so people could see directly into my

The room just wasn’t clean the furniture was old and out dated. The Drawers was falling off in the kitchen area or wouldn’t close all the way. It was just a bad experience

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. This time we decided to get a larger room. Upon arriving we noticed there was no vanity in the room. And they had given us a handicap accessible room. I went and double checked my reservation and I did not reserve a handicap room. I went to the front desk and asked to have another room due to no vanity. They said they didn’t have one but could give me an “out of order room” that had a vanity so I could do my hair and makeup. Made no sense. I like to have my stuff sat out during our stay. Not pack it up and unpack it in two different locations every time. Anyway realized there was no hair dryer either (guess that comes with the vanity). Had to get ready in the kitchen area using the table area for my stuff. Had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink cause that was the only counter space we had to lay our stuff out. Tried again to talk to someone at the front desk but once no one was there (waited over 10 minutes) the other time I tried to say something they were walking away as I talked. We really like this area and usually have no issues but this time was a real disappointment and no one seemed to care.

It was an excellent stay for the weekend. The room was clean, the kitchen was very convenient and the parking options were nice. Only thing was that the shower head dripped for awhile after each shower but closing the door made it hard to hear anyways. Would totally stay here again.

Booked for a queen bed and it had to have been a full because it was small. The girl checking us in was super nice and very friendly. Hotel was dingy, fridge very loud, smells kinda weird. No bugs though which is good.

Staff was very nice and accommodating from the front desknto the cleaners. Walls had a couple dents and the snack area looked like it wasnt restocked since covid. Another problem was side door of hotel would only unlock half the time which was unfortunate due to it being -1° outside. Room was very clean and smelt nice. Bed was very comfortable.

I booked double beds, when I arrived, I received one small bed so my mother and I had to sleep in the same bed and THAT RUINED THE WHOLE TRIP!!! I also purchased insurance on the room that I booked!!!

Light in the parking lot blinking and there was no shade to pull to block it. Smoke alarm in room was missing. The smell of Marijuana in my room was so bad it gave me breathing issues.

Of all the open rooms that had to be available I was place joint room with a very loud family. I have never been asked for a deposit but was asked to hold $50 for 10-14 days possibly.
The shower head popped off and hit me when I turned it on. Simple fix it was made to be removable but water went everywhere which I cleaned up.
The pillows were nice and soft the bed was okay. For the price is was better then most overall.

My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood while visiting for my nephew and her grandson’s college graduation. Actually had a horrible experience with our first hotel but Candlewood definitely turned a bad start at another hotel into an amazing experience at theirs. Derrick, the general manager and Jaylon, the supervisor on duty, gave us excellent customer service and also made sure our experience was great. The rest of the staff we encountered were all great as well but Derrick and Jaylon really stood out and went above and beyond to ensure us a great stay. Really appreciate those gentleman and the entire staff. Thanks for a great stay. Happy Holidays.

So let me start by saying this is an extended stay hotel and the people in there was living they life to the fullest. Hallways smelled like weed, cabinet in the kitchen look like someone can just walk through it, the toilet seat was never cleaned, there was hair in the shower, the towel hook fell off, the silver ware was never properly cleaned, I killed 2 spiders, not sure what the other creepy crawly thing was but killed it, there was cigarette burns in the carpet in a non smoking handicap room and the hallway, last but not least I wanted to get in the hot tub but 3 large men where in there drinking beer and never moved for at least 2 hours. You can assume they were urinating because they never got out. Oh and my room was right across from the pool as they were blasting the music I can hear. Never again will I rent from a 3rd party and get the worst room in the hotel. The staff said they were sold out so they couldn’t change my room. I just left and got a refund from Expedia. Very bad service.

Hallway and room smelled like pot. pool was not heated. hot tub was broken. toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle. Remote and bedside table were sticky. Would not repeat this experience.

Rude staff. Sketchy elevator. Whole building smells like weed. Was charged $139 when it was supposed to be $113. Pool water was green. “Store” had no options. Blinds didn’t work. Outlets didn’t work. Wifi didn’t work. Sink water was dirty. Fridge had moldy food left from previous guest. Shower had no pressure. Bathroom light didn’t work. Air Conditioner didn’t work. Terrible experience.

Here is an honest appraisal. We arrived to a room that was, quite frankly, smaller than was advertised. It was definitely a tight space for four people. We were clearly discriminated against for having kids with us, and placed in a room on the far end of the building. The room appeared to be clean upon initial inspection. However, there were bits of half-eaten chocolate pretzel on the nightstand, rips and tears on the sides of the furniture, paint splattered on the kitchen floor, and the walls were bulging with cracks and drywall falling in and around the bathroom. On the positive side, we had an ample amount of privacy, and the staff were all professional. The check-in staff did accommodate our need for a later checkout. However, the morning of our departure, the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door. They even unbolted the door, and peeked inside!! So, the communication between the check-in staff and the cleaning staff was not good enough. I won’t be staying here again.
