Courtyard, fire pit colony area and room were nice

Nothing it was great

It was easy to get to, nice and big. The room was clean and comfortable. I plan on coming back to Indiana and would definitely stay here again. Staff at the front desk was nice!

There were a couple potholes in the parking lot. Nothing to stress about though. I wish there were more breakfast options.

I really love the affordability combined with the quality of this hotel. It has allowed us as a young couple to take a yearly trip to Indy. Close to Ruoff Music Center, surrounded by excellent restaurants, and very friendly staff. This was our third stay, three consecutive years and the quality is consistent. Very clean with plenty of towels and pillows. The entire property is non-smoking and we didn't hear a peep from our neighbors. They even let us have pizza delivered to the front desk and held it since our concert ended around midnight and that's when dominos closes. We'll be back next summer for stay number four!

There is only one sidewalk ramp at the front for wheelchair access. You have to go a little out of the way from the parking lot to this odd loading/unloading space that is just two flower beds with pavement in between and a ramp and sidewalk cutting though one. No way to go directly off the sidewalk in front of the rooms and to your car. It'd be so much better to have a ramp on every sidewalk. The beds are very firm. Okay for some, we just like softer beds. The breakfast is cold food only, no eggs or oatmeal. Plan to pack your own breakfast or go out for something substantial.

The breakfast was not much just waffles that you had to make yourself. Three different cereals to choose from and oatmeal, apples and yogurt. Coffee and orange juice that was it. the cereal was stale. The only thing good was the location from where we needed to be.

The bed was horrible it was sunken in and gave us bad backs. The curtains would not close all the way, and the light would still come in so it was hard to sleep. This hotel is very old and needs a complete renovation. It truly is not worth the price I paid that is for sure.
