People were smoking in the non smoking area

There was a small problem and they were very good to take care of It right away. The night person and the morning desk people were so thoughtful, personal and really went the extra mile to make our visit so wonderful.

I checked in around 10pm from that time until I finally checked out around 4am the people above me were fighting. I called the front desk 3 times and the people in 212 still don’t stop to the point where I had to call county police.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Other than that i was very unhappy and a little concerned about the fact that we paid for two rooms for two nights to end up in a room that the smell of smoke gave me a headache when i walked threw the door. Also the room had a tiny tv not what was advertised we had no microwave to even heat up food during our stay. Most concerning of all there was no fire alarm in the room at all which is not okay. We asked about other rooms but was told they were completely booked up. Not happy at all about the stay there and the money paid thinking it would be a clean comfortable stay

The right location for a night to remember. A moment to escape from the outdoors. A warm, quiet and friendly place to unwind.

To enjoy Holiday. Smells cigarette all over reception area and all the hall way around Non-Smoking Area. 53 smoke-free guestrooms?? Seriously? "Free continental breakfast, free WiFi" is a lie. Bad WiFi connection and most of the time, I could not use it. No Free continental breakfast at all. It was not announced or contacted us before travelling. No notice. Anyone wants to stay hear?

Is was a lot “local” traffic. They were having sex outside my window on first floor in the back of the building. Very interesting! But i went for Six Flags so was a short trip!

There was water all over the floor

Had problems with the heat and they would refund any of my money for the room at all so we had to stay cold all night with Chemical smell In my room

Friendly staff. Room was clean, good enough for short stay. Smelled mildly of smoke but tolerable

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. When we initially walked in there was a red head lady who failed to give her name who was pretty rude. We for in our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The bathtub had what looked like something growing in it and the toilet was separating from the floor. The microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in forever and the fridge had mold from the outside in not to mention I didn’t want my feet to touch that disgusting floor. Not sure what was lingering on one of the pillows but threw it to the side. Went to the restroom in the middle of the night and lo and behold the roaches started scattering when the light was turned on. Also, walking through the hallway you pretty much get a contact high from the marijuana smell coming out of half the rooms. So when checking out the lady that was suppose to be at the front desk was sitting in the chair, we ask her did we need to do anything and she said no just put the key on the desk. Not once did she try to get up. The worst personality I have ever seen. So to other’s the picture of this place is very deceiving, I wouldn’t spend one penny or want anyone else to have to go through this. It’s a disgrace.

I called in Friday night to see if I could do a late check in find out they moved me location with out knowing

I did not like any think about this hotel the staff was rude we did not get housekeeping in 8 days on a 9 day stay the property has cockroaches front desk night manager yelled at my wife for asking for towels the rooms are rundown everybody should just stay clear of this hotel

I liked how clean the room was and how comfortable it was...I just didn't like that I didn't have much to watch on TV. The TV only went up to channel 20.

Literally right beside Hooters !! Clean and quiet.

Parking area located close to room & staff were friendly. However, the hotel rooms need a good thorough cleaning and upgrading of furniture, new carpet, and purchase new bed linens. Room was located on the front of hotel and parking lot had a vehicle with extremely loud muffler up and down the main highway and in/out hotel parking lot both nights up until around 8 AM next morning.

Burns on the bedspread holes in the wall very unsatisfactory

It’s a fleabag hotel, smoking room but still, blanket had huge hole in it and a lingering stench. Very dark and unwelcoming.

The staff was friendly. The hotel in its self was so so. Its comfortable for a night or two but a week not worth it. The rooms are outdated needs new paint. The rooms smelled moldy and the hallways smelled moldy and of weed. Check in was easy. They never checked id however. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Motel room had maintenance needs - Commode water constant

Didn't stay. Looked shady. Nasty. Smelled of smoke. Staff was nasty. Not pleasant.

Staff is lazy and unprofessional at night. The desk person at night hides and sleep.

Needs work and better management. Heat didn't work free breakfast was terrible.

Nothing positive to say -- totally negative!!! Hot, uncomfortable, tedious, and not well kept. All around, disappointing and a negative reflection upon Super 8's in general!

I got what I paid for. The staff was not professional, but they were pleasant. The room was generally clean except for a musty feel and a stain on the carpet.
