The room was gross. The floors turned feet and socks black. Mold was growing in shower. The pool was even more disgusting. The hot tub was murky and there were cigarette butts everywhere. The tiny elevator was questionable whether it was going to stop working at any moment. Will never stay again.

Stayed here for two nights and it was okay. I picked this hotel because of the price and the fact that it had a 24 hour gym. The gym was not 24 hours, but no one stopped me from going in early in the morning. The equipment was a little beat up - cable machine has seen better days. You can tell that the hotel had a fast and sloppy remodel. The paint, drywall patches, and finishes are done poorly. A room that’s supposed to be the ice machine and vending has been turned into a storage closet. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the room overall was dirty. It had been cleaned, but the attention to detail wasn’t there. There was toothpaste on the wall above the sink, the remote was dirty, and I didn’t even take a shower because of how dingy it looked. To be fair, it wasn’t enough of an issue for me to asked to be moved and I kept noticing things as I was in the room longer - I didn’t walk in and immediately see all this. The hotel also recently had an issue with someone on meth partially flood the first and second floors, it’s in the news, google it. Overall, I won’t be back despite constantly being in the area.

The staff members were very helpful and professional.

The quality of the hotel was a little less than expected. It seemed a little more run down than the pictures. Despite the staffs help we didn't have a working TV the 2 nights we stayed. The hottub was so hot it wasn't bearable to get in. The breakfast was fine. Same menu both days we were there.

Went to a family get together WHEN WE GOT TO OUR ROOM ITeas nice and quiet and clean with a view. We cgot to sit by the window and enjoy the night view. Very clean and peaceful.

Great hotel! Excellent service

It was terrible! When I got there the heater wasn’t on so I went to turn it on. I had to mess with the trip breaker on the outlet for a few minutes to get it to stay on. I thought about calling down but I’m not a complainer (I’ve worked customer service my whole life) so I figured I got it going it wasn’t a big deal. It quit working in the middle of the night & we couldn’t get it going again. The shower head had no pressure, the sink honestly had more pressure. The beds were on springs & were so loud. But I’m more upset about the heater & shower. I talked to the front desk as I was leaving & all she said was “I’m sorry”

Hotel is OK- room needed repairs- TP holder coming off of wall, tissue stuck in the peek hole in door, remote needed new batteries. Bed was fine, it was clean enough. Jacuzzi is tiny- like 4 people could actually sit in it- the board on the wall says it is for three people. When I went in, i was alone and soon I had 10 other people joining me including their children who wouldn't get in the pool because it was freezing. Needless to say, I left.

This property was much better than it was rated! Large room! Offered many condiments ! Hit breakfast plus a pretty good variety of food & drinks offered! Much more than we expected,!! Will totally come back to this one in a heartbeat!! Friendly staff! Great atmosphere!! Love it!!

It wasn’t a bad place to stay but it was slightly dirty and some of the construction and maintenance wasn’t done well.

Clean place, swift check in, noisy fridge and a few shady People coming in and out of the side door hotel. Also, some where hanging out in parking lot

Our room was extremely dirty. There were several used cups with yellow liquid in them on the floor. Hair all over the floors. The tv didn’t work. The dresser unit was broken and falling apart. However, the front desk clerk was very nice and incredibly professional. I won’t be staying here again.

Some updates were not finished . Bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter. Trim was coming apart.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got put in a room with 1 king. They were full and I understand so I said we will make the couch pull out work if we could get some pillows and bedding. It took 30 minutes or more for him to bring us pillows and he brought one sheet that looked more like a shower curtain than a sheet. The room was not clean. The bathroom was gross and the shower curtain had stuff all over it. The tub was gross. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. I'm very disappointed I wasted my money on staying here.

It is located close to the freeway, but quiet. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Bed were very uncomfortable, room was ok, but had an uneven floor causing the bathroom door to scrape. Breakfast was horrible. The coffee tasted bad and the food tasted old. I had breakfast at 7am. Staff was nice enough.

Comfortable. Good coffee. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Beautiful views of the snowy mountains.

Not a bad hotel. Could use another entrance, it was a bit hard at times when people are going both ways around all the parked cars. The breakfast was meek, nothing looked appealing and there were not many choices. Room was nice, although i would suggest putting something in the bathrooms so guests can hang up towels!

They had a terrible metal bed base that I was afraid to move, it was so loud I thought the bed was going to break. Worst night I have ever had. You can also tell inflation is affecting the quality of breakfast.
