This hotel has a good location and great potential, but needs updating. The central atrium area is very attractive. The carpeting and wallpaper in the hallways and rooms need to be replaced. The bathroom was tiny. We were asked to forego daily housekeeping which is fine except there were no towel racks to dry used towels. The television system was being updated so there were very limited channels available. The grab&go coffee and pastries were very meager. No hot tea was offered. There was a charge for the weekend breakfasts. The lobby bar/lounge had very limited hours. All in all not very many amenities for the cost of the room.

Tired and in need of a refresher. They still use old-fashioned metal keys!! We were there for four nights and there was no housekeeping at all. We had to request fresh towels from the reception desk. However, it was conveniently located for our needs and cheaper than other nearby hotels.

Found it easily, check in was smooth and the desk clerk was very welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend. A continental breakfast would have been a nice perk.

Room was nice and appears to have been updated. Bed was comfortable and room/bathroom were well-appointed. Heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy, especially when starting and stopping. Common areas were very nice. Pub was good - fast and friendly service, good food. Portions were too big for me, especially since I couldn't bring any home - they should offer at least two portion sizes to minimize waste. Lisa was very friendly and attentive.

The hotel lobby and room were very clean and well kept. My 4 versus 5 rating had to do with the closed restaurant. I was told it’d be open for breakfast, but it wasn’t. I was referred to nearby Paul’s Diner, which was excellent.

Nice & quiet. Lots of dining places to eat!
