Thought the pet fee was out of line atv75 compared to other facilities I have recently stayed....front desk bordered rude side when I expressed myself.

Stay was fine. Location great for evening on Hilton Head. Getting into and out of the parking lot is strange (eg directed behind Target). Staff were not very friendly. Room needs some refreshing.

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet.
The morning staff on the front desk were very pleasant but the woman working the front desk overnight was giving us attitude and not helpful at all.

My stay was Sunday - Wednesday, called ahead to let them know I would be arriving late (330am-ish) but was on way. Drove 14 hrs from MA to SC. Upon arriving, the “welcome” was sorry we don’t have any rooms. I said I spoke to someone earlier and said I was on way but was arriving late. Reply was, well you didn’t speak to me. I said you have to be kidding me, I just drove 14 hours and have a reservation. Reply was, well I’ll try to check the system but I just had to turn someone away because we don’t have rooms. On top of the unbelievable messaging, the tone was incredibly rude. I ultimately get checked into the room that I had reserved, needed to get a quick sleep in before meetings, then just several hours later people from the hotel don’t even knock and open my door and flip the lights on, say sorry and walk out. I usually like staying at this hotel because it’s in a good location to get around blufton, but this experience was ridiculous. I’ve never filled out a review before but this was over the top.

Room was worn, mirror missing from wall, shower dirty, room tired and worn. Bottom floor noisy with staff talking loudly at night.

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Bluffton, South Carolina. The hotel was newly renovated and beautiful, the room was very clean and well appointed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the complementary breakfast was well done, and the staff, especially Tyler, were top-notch! We will definitely stay here on our way to Florida from here on out!

Very clean all around. Everything worked nicely in the room (air, shower/bathroom, tv, lights). Great service and breakfast buffet.
Taking off a star for the bed, which I found overly soft and not very comfortable.
Also annoying to have lights coming from a few outlets at all times, but that was pretty easily covered.

Hotel was nice and clean. In a great area close to lot’s of restaurants and Hilton Head Island.
But they may have given us the worst room in the hotel. Right next to an exterior door. Every time someone walked in or out of it, the door slammed so loud. Impossible to sleep with that noise.
Pancake machine was broken both days we were there which was a bummer for my boys.
Other than that, good hotel and at a good price.

Very pleased with this hotel. Very friendly, nice breakfast, clean rooms, convenient to Old Town Bluffton. When GPS takes you in at the Target shopping center its very confusing, but if you turn onto Rt. 46, it's much easier to find the hotel. I would definitely return!

Love the liquid soaps, lighted mirror, all the hooks in bedroom. I would add outlet at desk/mirror for a lady to dry her hair when hubby is showering.

There is not one negative thing I can say about this property. Everything was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They even serviced the rooms every day of my stay without my requesting it, which I thought became extinct after COVID and was a wonderful surprise! The hot complementary breakfast was probably the best breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel, good enough that I would have paid to have eaten it! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable and we can’t wait to stay with you again!

I feel like for such a small pool, they could invest in a heater for it. More people would use it. i wish they had a sugar container at the coffee station instead of packets, and a carton of half and half opposed to little individual creamers. And they had no regular tea bags(Lipton) Only decaf?? if u want regular they only have earl grey(yuk). or flavored. had to go to the bagel store every morning! A toaster in the room would have been great!

We had a mini vacation and it was perfect! The hotel, service, room, breakfast, and comfort was great! Would definitely stay here again! The whole staff was wonderful from the moment you walked in until the minute you left!

Leaking refrigerator, strong smell of disinfectant throughout the hotel and very noisy over night with doors slamming. Had to open the window in our room to allow my wife to breathe.

Nothing too special. Girl checking me in had in earbuds and a movie playing on her phone, but she was nice enough. They let me use their scissors, which was kind of them. The room was very clean. The coffee was good and hot.

The hotel the amenities the breakfast and the front desk receptionist where all amazing I would definitely be coming back and was seriously suggest you stay there if going to Hilton Head
