Everything was good. The breakfast was good too.

Room didn’t feel clean. Woke up to roach in bathroom. Bathroom door would not fully close.

Well, the first night the fold out couch was sheetless and the phone didnt work. The usb plug was not operational. The 1st morning after we slept there we were evacuated due to a fire, when I returned to my room from the evacuation my door was wide open, no clue how long it was left open, nor was it communicated to me that it would be opened. The breakfast provided was alright, there were some small cosmetic issues like the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeled back around the shower. Went to try and get a snack from the market and it randomly wasn't taking debit or credit cards. After the evacuation and subsequent open door debacle, was refused any sort of refund so I could go stay somewhere else. Will not be returning to comfort suites.

Everything was ok but the inconvenience of being locked out of room every time I left the facility.

Room was great. Breakfast had little for health conscious folks other than unripened pears. Fitness room had no working machines and not secure. If I hadn’t been in this particular location I would have been really concerned.

Our stay was great - very comfortable ! Just felt sorry for the front deck clerk because she was the only one working the front desk and a huge wedding party, a family reunion and Artist for a local craft show was checking in all at the same time ! She needed more help - customers were getting agitated !

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were told someone would come and re-clean the bathroom that did not happen. We had to request it again the following day and what’s told they would TRY to get it cleaned. They did finally come, but the smell was still there. Friendliness of the staff was 50/50. We were charged an extra $25 several days after checking out and I still still do not know why.

Nice building but at check in we were told our reserved room is not available. They gave us a downgraded room with no water, no alarm clock, no seats. Tired after traveling we went to bed. Next day we complained and argued w front desk lady. Gave us the room we reserved, King Suite, had to move our stuff at 11pm. at check out we requested late check out they said Nah!

The property was very nice, nothing extravagant, but comfy. The staff was friendly and always professional. I will return to this property in the future when traveling in this area.

Normally our stay is without issues. However unruly patrons above us proceeded to run and stomp on the floors for hours and staff was very slow to get it under control.

Came here for a wedding. Hotel is conveniently located to everything. Very quiet and very reasonably price.

Check-in would have been easy if the staff at check-in didn't struggle so much with basic tasks. They could not read my ID properly to see my name, age, or address. I had to explain how to read the age as I was over 21 and she kept misreading it as under 21, spelled my name and address incorrectly despite having my ID, and ultimately decided to leave the incorrect information at check-in.
During the night I would go to the bathroom and see little bugs scurrying that I could not identify as I wasn't wearing my glasses but I finally saw them in the morning and it seemed to be a small cockroach/waterbug.
One morning I woke up with mosquito bites that turned into hot and hard bumps the size of a baseball, sending me to urgent care to get a cocktail of antibiotics and steroids to ease the infection. That same day a mosquito hunter van was outside the hotel as I assume there were other complaints.

Quick two night stay with my family of 5. Beds and pillows were comfy, room was clean, and breakfast was good. Overall a good stay.

When we got there, they were having trouble with their computer system. We were traveling from Mississippi to South Carolina for our sons Marine Boot Camp Graduation. So when we got there we were very tired. It took 30-45 to get checked in. Then the next day we were in a hurry to get to the Marine base, but when we got back to hotel to find our room key was not working . There was a rude lady asking for f it was our room. Finally after her being very rude and shouting at me. Sent me to office to get new room keys. When we got to our room it was not cleaned and no clean towels.
I went to front desk and they said we have to inform them that we want the room cleaned. The next morning before leaving to go to Graduation, I informed the front office that we want the room cleaned. When we got back around 11 am. Key room card did not work again and room was dirty .
At this point I just gave up asking. I asked for garbage bags and towels
Also the lady at breakfast was so rude. She wants tip, but rude when you ask questions.
I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

Our room was nice and clean. The bed had a dip so it was not the most comfortable. It was hard to communicate with the front desk staff. They seemed to not understand English very well. The hot breakfast was not very warm, but I guess acceptable for a free meal.

My crew had to checkout early due to unforseen circumstances. Asked for a refund for 15 unused nights BUT it was denied. WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!

Room was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower had great water pressure and was walk in but for a handicap accessible shower there was no grab bars. Breakfast was adequate but the juices had too much water in them and made them tasteless.
Employees were very nice and friendly. Hotel is in a great area full of restaurants.

Staff wasn’t overly friendly but were helpful
Asked for additional towels early in the day. Was given two, said they didn’t have anymore. In the evening with a different front dealt person I asked again and was given what I asked for

For the most part the facilities was great. The only negative was the the couch need some fabreez and there was an ant in our bed, one bit me twice and my wife killed one on our last night. We did like everything else. I would have told the front desk this morning, but I had other things on my mind.

Such a cute little property. Super clean. Great staff. Good breakfast. Will stay again. Air (window unit) couldn’t keep up so it was a bit warm in the room but overall for price, it was great.

The request for clean the room never happened. I request twice and the room was dirty because never attended the request on time. The door of the gym was damaged, don’t work the water fountain inside the gym, the bottom of the elevator to close the door doesn’t work and the telephone on the room don’t work.
