It's ok for short stay

carpet worn through to floor boards in spot. No night stand on one side of the bed. Had to re card room cards twice for three night stay and needed to wait once because staff locked himself out of office. Room very small and cramped. on the positive side, great water pressure for the shower.

The furniture was worn. People were talking outside our room most of the night. It felt unclean and unsafe.

Property was mostly as expected. Would have been nice to have a working t.v. remote and hair dryer...to be fair to staff, we didnt tell them about it till we left. My thoughts are those things should be checked for working condition...

Very good value. Comfortable rooms, fair rates, and a good hot breakfast.

The hallway smelled aweful, the first room we were assigned the table was broken and fell when stuff was placed on it. That room also had a bad smell. We were moved to another room, it smelled better but still felt old and dirty. The back door to the motel never shut, therefore never locked…anyone could’ve just helped there selves in at anytime of the day. There was no coffee fixed and no breakfast ready, and asked if coffee would be made she said yes but never returned with it. Very old, not updated, not well maintained and has an aweful smell.

From the moment you walked in and smelled like mold and mildew. You could hardly breathe from the mold and mildew. My first room stunk worse than an ashtray . Second room had feces on the floor in the entire building smell like mold in mildew. My third room was finally clean, except for the mold and mildew went and bought Lysol to try and help with the smell.

Room smelled like mildew, which made my clothing smell like mildew, and I was there for a funeral. The air was even moist in the room the whole hotel smelled like mold.

Dirty wash rags. One of them appeared brown compared to others. Stained bed linens. Door was really hard to open. Overall the place appears to need lots of repairs, not cover ups, repairs. Over all feel was dirty and gross. Not to mention the homeless person sleeping on the steps to the second entrance. Wife did not feel safe at all.

The entire hotel smells like cigar. The towel are harsh. The tub was dirty. There was bugs in the light vent of restroom.

There were worms coming out of the drain in the bathtub and from under the toilet. The ceiling paint was peeling in numerous places. I told the guy at the front desk but he didn't seem to be concerned and they didn't do anything to correct the problem. There are no phones in the room. The swimming pool was covered and the front desk lady said it would be another week or two before they opened it. It is summer and 102 degrees and the hotels around them had there swimming pools open but they haven't even tried to open theirs. Never stay here again !!! Breakfast was tiny apples, waffle maker, apple juice, orange juice and coffee. That was it. Every other hotel in the area had numerous choices so I moved to one of them for a couple of dollars more !!!

The security lock for our room door was broken and the pool still said "closed for the winter" even though it was 98 degrees outside. Their free breakfast included a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, petrified sausage links and cereal. No Muffins or Danish. We only stayed one night and chose a hotel that didn't cost allot so I guess we got our money's worth.

Aging property in unattractive area. Room was fine.

Affordable and comfortable. The hot breakfast wasn’t anything I would eat but there was cereal and coffee.

It’s in need of a lot of repairs! The building and rooms need to be updated and upgraded! Stuff inside the shower is rotting off! Rooms smell, the bed sheets smell and the people running the property in Clovis, New Mexico don’t seem to care! Property looks run down

This was the worst hotel my husband and I stayed at. My husband and I are truck drivers and we decided to get a hotel for the night. We like to have our bubble baths and get in the pool periodically, Enjoy a bigger bed. When we got to the hotel, we checked in and they had no issue with our service dog. We got to our room, they had tea and cups on the table and no coffee. At this point my husband and I weren’t upset, it’s just coffee. So my husband went to the front desk and grabbed some coffee, he also asked them where the pool was at. They said it’s outside but it’s closed for the winter….. um what? It is May 31st!!!! Very disappointing. So we decided we will take a bubble bath, no drain stopper. Asked the front desk, no plugs or anything so was unable to take a bath. So we went to bed. The next morning my husband got up at 6:15 for breakfast because breakfast is served at 6. He went out there and everything was gone except and apple, and 1 light yogurt. My husband went and asked the front desk if they were restocking the breakfast? (In the booklet in the room says there is donuts, bagels, muffins, pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, and so much more) The front desk said yea I’ll be out there in a min. 15 minutes later the lady comes out with a plate of eggs and that is it and she disappeared. Wasn’t able to find her. My husband and I were just so upset we ended up leaving. Never coming back.

Towels were sub-par but goid otherwise

Booked a room based on reviews. Assigned room couldn't lock the deadbolt. Reassigned, door stuck from inside, opened with great effort. Floorboards needed painting, so many chips. HVAC unit's display DID NOT work! Couldn't select heat, A/C or desired temp,so used fan, room temp 45 degrees F at dawn! Pathetic breakfast (sugary cereal, 3 cartons of yogurt at 6:05am!) Went to nearby McDonald's. Worst hotel of 2-week trip.

Breakfast was poor with 2-3 items- waffle, appple, cereals, almost empty coffee pot. No bread or baggel :(

Very friendly nice Staff. Nice looking room. The only Thing is the beds.Could be just a little more comfortable. Other than that I was very happy with the room and my stay..

Comfortable beds but light above sink was out when I checked in and telling house personnel twice still did not get it corrected.

Employees very friendly, the only thing was, only 2 bath towels. The hotel I stayed last was a disaster We left at 11:00 pm

Easy off freeway access, pet friendly. Okay breakfast selection. Room seemed not of the best caliber and bathroom not super clean.

Property located right next to train tracks, train is every two hours. Also asked the front desk to charge a new CC and she wrote down the number, but never charged it, now we are having to watch the card for activity.

It was clean, but there was a piece of metal sticking out on the bottom of the side of the bed, which I kept bumping into. The breakfast was basically only a waffle with weak coffee and orange juice. Disappointed

NOT GOOD

Our room was clean and comfortable, if a bit cramped. It was a good value. The two of us were supplied with one face cloth and one hand towel and one bar of soap for both shower and sink, but two nice bath towels. A request at the desk remedied the situation quickly. Breakfast was a bit more meager than at some sites, but it was ok. We quite understand the need to cut back a bit.

Beds were very comfortable only thing is 2 Queen beds in a very small room with an over size desk takes all open space, especially with 3 people. Restrooms need more extra space And bathroom sink is in an odd location near front door as you walk in front door hits sink. Breakfast served 6-9Am Waffles and Cereal Raisin Bran Or Fruit Loops & Coffee also fresh Apples. Grreatt beds!:)

Nice place to stay for the night. Very basic place where not even bath soap was offered. Also a breakfast with only waffles and cereal offered.
