Our room was on the bottom, the door faced the courtyard, which was excellent for our pet.
The door had a big gap on the bottom, letting air and light in.

Everything was fine.

Typical roadside US motel
Nice staff
Breakfast pretty simple but decent
Not much more to say
The pool is indoor and doesn't look very engaging
View from the room on a fence
Close to the railroad so loud horn sometimes during the day and night (but most clovis hotel have the same issue)
