Our stay in this hotel was pleasant. Overall, the room is clean and has the amenities we expected. The hallway is bright and airy.

Perfect place to stay by the airport. Restaurants of all kinds nearby.

I've been staying for almost a month, but this week I couldn't sleep because of the noise and they didn't want to change my room, a week without being able to sleep

Location and parking are great. Where this hotel starts to fail is when you get inside the rooms and see that on the surface level, the place might look clean and modern but it is only superficial. The room was super dusty and had weird stains in some walls and in the light switches. Moreover I found someone's underwear under one of the chairs, that's totally unacceptable. During morning hours it is also very noisy, people slamming doors and stomping all over the place. This place could be great if they put more effort and attention to details and cleanliness of the rooms.

The room was nice and it was clean but way too much road noise. Also the ice from the ice machine was dirty it had something in it.

Got my flights with Hawaiian Air. Made reservations. Fights got changed but could make it work. Fights got changed due to bird strike delay 3 hours. Would have gotten to hotel at 1. Had to leave hotel at 4:30 as American Airlines changed my departure time. Experience policy requires 24 hours to change. Had to eat the room night. Will try to get a hold of customer service when I get home

Great price for a clean hotel near SFO. Relatively quiet. Comfortable bed. Really like the interior seating space filled with overstuffed chairs and couches for relaxing or working on a laptop.

Comfortable bed, but amenities badly lacking. No toilet paper holder (just a paper roll on the vanity). No luggage storage in lobby. Attendant has no change. Coffee machine in lobby didn't work.
