Elevator was not working, ice machine on our floor did not work, when using outlets the fuse went out, smelled like smoke even though it said non smoking.

The property itself was great. Since this is my go to hotel when we come to this town. Unfortunately this time I was unhappy with my stay, I did not get any housekeeping in my room. The trash cans where pretty much filled to the top, I didn’t get new towels nor my beds made. When I called front desk they said it was only upon request, though my sister in law stayed there as well and got her room cleaned without requesting it.

quit asking about my experience, can you I didn't go there was an emergency and I wasn't able to go. Can I get my rewards and money back?

Staff was nice and helpful. Elevators were not working. the room phone was broken so I had to go down to the lobby at 9 at night and ask them to come fix my thermostat. Other than that, stay was fine.

Elevator is out of order and they continue to operate with the inconvenience yet still charged full price with no real compensation for the inconvenience

Right off the bat, we arrive at 11pm tired and ready for bed ,and were told all the elevators broken so now we have to lug 6 suit cases up 4 flights of stairs , feels dingy, big stains in the hall ,feels like they slaped a coat of paint on a motel 6 and put they're logo on it , we always stay at HIE every where we go , by far the worst one we've been to. To top it off woke up this morning with a Mysterious bite on my arm , hoping its not bed bugs

Bathroom had hair still in the shower and ground from previous guests I’m assuming. Right when we got there, something happened to the power, but receptionist was very polite.

Middle of the night while I was taking a shower, Someonw opened my room door. After addressing it with front desk they took no responsibility

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were cordial and friendly. I don't recall the name of the young woman who was at the front desk when we checked in, but she remembered us and was very welcoming. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and the lady in charge kept it spotless. The biscuits and gravy were a hit!

Room smelled like urine. I know most people don’t do this, but shining a black light exposed a lot of stains on the carpet and around the toilet.

Very clean, we had a problem with the AC. But they fixed it ASAP. Very friendly staff.

We rented the family room which was amazing. 2 separate quarters, 2 full baths, there was one problem. Maybe a couple very insignificant. There should be a light installed over the coffee area because trying to make a cup of coffee in the night was very hard that. Closet that holds the microwave and coffee machine is extremely dark. Putting something in there, would really help. Wanted to compliment the night desk staff who tried desperately to get our TV fixed. ,which never happened, but the effort that they put in was commendable and appreciated.

The property is kept up and in great condition. Everything in the hotel is clean and kept-up.

I love this hotel. The bed is comfy, the room is decent, and the food is great, but last night a bad argument began on the third floor. They were screaming at 3 AM and pounded on my door. I had my son call downstairs but no apology or anything was offered by the hotel. I couldn't go back to bed and I was scared. They kicked and pounded on my door. Who knows with psychos nowadays what could have occurred had I not called downstairs.

My son sat in the chair and was bitten by flees. It was horrible.

Very friendly staff, clean room with good shower. Provided breakfast was very good with a nice assortment of hot and cold foods.

The beds they not ready

This hotel was very nice! Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. It was easy to drive in Hesperia tofi d restaurants etc. Breakfast was a pleasant experience with a variety of selections both hot and cold.

This hotel should be shut down! See pictures and make your own decision.

The outside of the property has a trashcan, overflowing and garbage on the ground. We arrived in our room. Our refrigerator was not plugged in. When we move the refrigerator to plug it in water leaked all over the floor we had to call housekeeping to clean it up. There is no slip pad for the shower, which is very slippery and no mat for the floor when getting out of the shower. The showerhead is broken and the plugs to the tub is broken.

Everything was fine, we only had a problem with the food that hurt us all, please always check the quality and condition of your breakfasts!

Solid hotel for the price. The room and bathroom are spacious, the hotel itself was in great shape. The shower itself needed a little bit of work as the pipe to the main part was leaking. Staff went above and beyond with a request that initially didn't work, and they made it happen anyway.
