Breakfast was ok, they did not have syrup if you had waffles. They could have offered better creamer options for the coffee and when my husband got the orange juice, it was on the wrong side of the place of where it said orange juice. He got apple juice instead of what he wanted
I liked how house cleaning did call in the morning to see if anything was needed, but they took forever to receive the towels that we requested. We left and were gone for several hours and when we returned, our door was left open. We were glad nothing taken from our room, but this left an open opportunity for someone to come into our room and steal what we had

Never had this happen before, so tottally taken aback and appreciative of thie attention to customer satisfaction.

Location was great.
The remote in our room did not work. The room needed much cleaning as some items were grey from how dirty they were. Stains on walls. The smell once we entered the room was not pleasant. One of the outlets did not work. WiFi kept disconnecting and overall very slow. Having two kids with me, I did expect it to be a little more clean.
