Someone peed in the elevator shortly after we arrived. Our curtains would not let down, the front desk said they would come up but never did. My child and elderly mother were woken up to people screaming running up and down the hallway yelling about $10. One of the beds was 3 inches from the AC unit. The walls have clear water damage. There was mold in the bathroom on the floor.

The receptionist was not helpful from beginning to end. Asked for a receipt for deposit made she stated I could not receive anything because I payed with a third party company. I advised I’ve always paid through third parties and never not been able to receive a receipt for the deposit when that’s paid and my card is swiped through the hotel. I will not use this location again through hotel or third party.

Everything its clean and the service its great my family and I enjoy our stay definitely staying there again

TVs did not work. No Internet and the phones didn't work. Front desk refused to compensate us. Will not be back again!!!!

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was pleasant and helpful 😊, and the environment was clean, and peaceful.

The room was clean. Furniture needs updating, old and chair stained. Its in a bad area. Having to park in the back and then having yo walk all the way to the front to get in when there are key doors in the back lets me know its not a safe area. I heard what sound like 5 gun shots then 3 more shots followed as I was getting my suitcase out of the trunk of my car upon arrival. I froze!! I didnt know whether to get back in my car, run or get down. The only parking was in back behind the building. Being a female traveling alone! They should get a security guard to sit by that door at night so entry can be available from the back to enter the building faster, quickly and safetly. It a dirty area. Trash all in the streets. Fast food buildings all dirty and nasty. I should have known not to expect more since the room where so cheap. I only stayed 1 night. I love Holiday Inn but will never stay at that location again in that area.Sorry

The bathroom floor was sticky and whole bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The juice at breakfast was very watered down.

Hotel was very clean, AC in room was fabulous. Never once got hot. Room was very clean and quiet. The girl that checked up in was very friendly and super helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and staff was very friendly. It would be nice to have a slightly different variety for the hot breakfast. We were there 3 days and each day offered the same selections. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

The young man who checked us in did so with exceptional kindness and such excellence. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. They even had complimentary cookies waiting for us.

Our first time at this location. The room was open, clean and well furnished. We will return here if we find ourselves in this area again.

Face hwy, heard truck noise all day & night. Toilet needs new rubber seal as it ran all night long. Room 136. Desk service was excellent. Had to have a document printed & they happily printed it for us as their printer for the public wasn’t working. Breakfast was great! Tv didn’t work & nice black guy helped us, he was the best!!! Overall I’d stay there again staff made it so pleasant.

First, there was no notification when I booked stating that a $100 additional deposit of payment was required before I could check in after already having paid in-full. ...I came in town on any emergency basis to see about an ill relative in the hospital, and I needed to check in and drop my bags off in the room as someone was coming to pick me up. I did not want to put the additional $100 on my card, because I have been burnt my other hotels recently who also required that, and did not return my money to the card. I informed the check-in clerk that I did not have $100 cash on me, and she said there was no ATM in the hotel; I told her of my circumstance of having to get to the hospital and asked if I could give her the money when I returned later that evening. She told me no, and that I could not check in until I gave her the $100 deposit; which I had to borrow from the party there to pick me up so that I could get going. Under other circumstances, I would have requested an entire refund of my prepaid money of my stay and cancelled it. - In addition I was placed on a 2nd floor room directly next to the elevator, next to an ice machine; and the hotel had a pool with people coming and going all night and early morning in&out of the elevator and getting ice. So while I was in the room only for overnights during my three day stay, I got no more than a couple hours sleep. Oh, and also the TV was stuck on only one channel, with only the volume working on the remote.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was great. Breakfast was good. The only thing we would suggest is correcting some issues that updating the rooms would take care of. Our toilet in our room ran the whole time. We did speak with staff and they were willing to move us but we loved the location we were at - 1st floor so we didn’t want to move to another floor. Would have been great if someone could have came and fixed the problem. Also the tub had a little rust. Again great stay just minor upkeep needed.

Staff sucks pool hours say 8 to 10 pool guy doesnt check it till 9 to say yall can swin 30 minutes cause i have to put chemicals in but staff was fast to kick us out at 10 at night when the should clean the pool rooms are nice clean pool at night and new staff wouls been perfect

Some nicks and bruises but overall really nice property for the price. Staff was very pleasant. Property was quiet. Loved my king suite. Perfect size and amenities.

Excellent stay, but housekeeping did not replace soap and toilet paper when the room was cleaned.

Service was good and friendly, had to ask the front desk for a bar of soap and was told there should be some in your room to which I replied if housekeeping had left some I certainly wouldnt be asking for more. Overall the staff was pleasant, breakfast was nice lots to choose from in a small space. Will stay here again. Was hit with a $100.00 refundable charge at check in though?
