We love this hotel! The beds are comfortable, and the pool and hottubs are nice. The room we stayes it had a broken latch and it lools like some damage was done the to the room. They were also in the middle of putting an elevator in so it was a little messy, but we would stay there again!

There was no heat, and it was freezing. There was no toilet paper. The shower didn’t drain. I made them aware twice but notiinh changed bed.

Stay was as expected, big shout out to the guy running the breakfast area. As we were there attending the Fargo Marathon, and were gone too early for breakfast, and yet, a little later on return, he found some leftover hashbrowns and stuff for our runner daughter who was incredibly grateful. Nice!

Nice place to be able to sit and talk with family in the courtyard. The tv did not work from the moment we got into the room. I was more disappointed in the follow up or lack thereof. I informed the front desk to which they could not resolve it. I was told a discount would be offered and they’d contact A technician the following day. That didn’t happen. Asked them again but no note was ever recorded. Upon checking out, I asked to resume e with a manager but they were not there. I was told they would reach out the next day but never did.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Only slight downfall was noise from breakfast/pool area around 7am, but that was very minimal!

I wasn’t planning on a late check-in. That is not the hotels fault only mine for not checking that out. Hotel was nice and clean and will stay again.

We always stay here when in Fargo. Its always quiet, beds are comfy and our kids love all the hottubs.

Was exactly as we hoped from the photos, more kids than expected. The hotel is undergoing an extensive upgrade renovation, elevator installation. They had notices throughout the hotel but I was not made aware until check in. Thankfully my stay wasn’t based strictly on hanging out in the courtyard, the noise at times was quite loud, I did have to leave the area at one point, needed a break from the noise.

The smell of chlorine was excessive throughout the whole hotel and in the individual rooms from the hot tubs. The whole lobby area is beautiful great for groups if you can get past the smell.

They only thing that i did not like was there was no light on the desk in our room.

The staff was friendly and explained everything when we arrived. Pool and lounge area were clean and although shared spaces, seemed very communal with the other guests. Only complaint is that the hottub was over chlorinated and hurt your eyes if you stayed in for any length of time. The room was spacious, well stocked and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Customer service was great! Beds were not comfy at all. Nooks and crannies need some extra cleaning. Wallpaper is peeling off. They are making updates. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff was great though!!

We were using hot tub. At 10 pm started to fill automaticly and got tub was cold. By the time it heated up it was close to 11 pm and we were told it was closed. The tubs should be programmed after closing not during time of use

Everything was going well, until we woke up in the morning. My wife found a bed bug crawling on her, on the blanket. My wife killed the bug and I took a picture. My intention was to inform management, due to the possibility of infestation. The desk employee and manager were very nice and they were polite. Then the owner/general manager arrived with his dog. He was informed and immediately became defensive. At one point accusing me of bringing it in. He told me the shape was wrong, the color was wrong, and that bed bugs cant be squished. He took a picture of my picture, said he sent it to his "bug guy". I checked out and he said it was not a bed bug because the "leg structure". That he'd give me a "discount". First, I never asked for a refund. Second, his accusatory demeanor was unprofessional.

Even though the hotel was completely booked it was quiet. With the exception of the interstate but that wasn't that bad.The room was comfy and clean. The toilet and shower could use a little update but we're in great working order. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. The Hot tubs were great with 5 to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Stopped thru to take a break from my traveling job…had an absolute amazing time just relaxing…can’t wait for my next stay :)

Safe, quiet and clean. Hardly saw any staff until the day we left. Free breakfast was better than expected but they run out of items quickly and there’s only one person restocking food, so don’t expect to sleep in and still have a great breakfast. They also shut it down at 9:30 am on weekdays and not one second later, so get there early.

My favorite hotel in Fargo. A few hot tubs were broken, but they have plenty so wasn’t a deal breaker. Looking forward to coming back after their remodel this summer!
